华发观澜半岛，位于周浦老集镇“城中村”改造区域，首发地块紧邻知名楼盘明天华城。
相比金桥碧云澧悦、招商市政公园1872，周边生活氛围会更加成熟。
交通方面，华发观澜半岛步行到18号线繁荣路地铁站约1.2公里，门口就是周祝公路，开车到张江核心区还是蛮方便的。
配套方面，周浦是浦东“小上海”，华发观澜半岛周边沿街商铺很多，烟火气很足，周浦医院也步行可至，周浦万达也就地铁一站路的距离。
产品方面，华发观澜半岛容积率2.44，由3栋17层的高层、2栋6层的多层、1栋18-20层的保障房和自持租赁住房组成。
这次将推出262套99三房和136平洋房，3房集中在沿河的3栋高层，4房集中在内部的2栋洋房。
