During Major Snow, most regions in China have entered winter, with the lowest temperatures dropping to 0°C or below. Choosing warm and nutritious foods based on individual constitution is excellent for protecting against the cold and nourishing the body. For instance, stewing lamb soup with white radish, or cooking hot porridge with chestnuts, walnuts, goji berries, and dried tangerine peel.
