Nomination and Selection
This year, we received a flood of recommendations from readers, friends, venues, and experts. After careful consideration, our editorial team and a panel of judges from various industries have selected over 90 outstanding spots for the 2024 list. They aren't all five-star venues; many are hole-in-the-wall spots that fuel us on the go and places known only to long-time locals, these picks celebrate the heart and soul of Beijing’s cultural and social life.

今年，我们收到了读者、朋友、商家等各方面的热情推荐。我们组织并邀请了来自餐饮、文化、传播领域的专家和行业领袖，还包括在京生活的几位关注生活方式的外籍粉丝，共同提名了如下的榜单，这个过程中，我们的编辑团队也去到了一些新店、新项目进行了考察，体验等，尽量让名单具有真实性和公正性。
