Obviously, British Museum and History Museumexhibited dramatic changes in their popularity.Specifically, the former attracted 200,000 people from June to July,half of the figure forHistory Museumduring the same period.Subsequently, the formermore than tripled toa peak of700,000 in August,after which this figure plunged toonly 180,000 by October.Similarly, the number of visitors to History Museumgrew significantly to600,000 in August.Aftera noticeable fall tothe initial figure in September,there was a marginal climbby 8,000 in October.

However, such drastic changes were not observed inthe other two museums.Aftera slight decline to380,000 in the first three months, the figure for people visiting National Museumincreased remarkably to500,000 in September,before dropping sharplyto 300,000 in October.Likewise, the Science Museum, which attracted 400,000 visitors during the initial three months,experienced a steep decrease tojust 200,000 in September,followed by a modest growth to300,000 in the final month.
