从颍州千年的深厚文脉底蕴，到阜阳罍街的蓬勃兴起，传统文化无缝对接时代潮流，新潮元素与文化传承相互交织，共同勾勒出千年阜阳的崭新风貌。
From the profound cultural heritage of Yingzhou over thousands of years to the booming rise of Fuyang Lei Street, traditional culture seamlessly aligns with the trends of the times. The expression of trendy elements merges harmoniously with the inheritance of traditional culture, presenting a brand-new picture of Fuyang's millennium-old charm.
阜阳作为东部发达地区产业转移的关键过渡区域，有着沟通东西、连接南北的绝佳地理位置，是安徽三大重要枢纽之一。本案地处产业园的中轴核心位置，规划性质为二类居住用地。周边环绕着彩蝶湖、芦桥沟、阜颖河等丰富的生态景观资源。
Fuyang, as a crucial transition area for the industrial transfer from the developed eastern regions, enjoys an excellent geographical location that connects the east and the west, as well as the south and the north. It is one of the three major important hubs in Anhui Province. This project is located at the central axis core of the industrial park and is planned as a Class II residential land. It is surrounded by abundant ecological landscape resources such as Caidie Lake, Luqiao Ditch, and Fuying River.
阜阳最显著的特征是其庞大的城市规模，不仅人口众多、地域广阔，而且城市格局大气磅礴。这里平原广袤无垠，多条大河在此交汇，形成独特的城市风貌。本案以此为灵感，作为空间特色营造的起点，融入人们记忆深处的传统城市风貌元素，借助多元建筑风格的巧妙设计，将这些特色转化为建筑语言，精心打造出一个别具一格、极具标志性的复合型社区，展现出与众不同的魅力。
The most remarkable feature of Fuyang is its large - scale urban area. It not only has a large population and a vast territory but also an imposing urban layout. Here, the plains stretch boundlessly, and multiple major rivers converge, forming a unique urban landscape. Inspired by this, this project takes it as the starting point for creating spatial characteristics. By integrating the elements of the traditional urban landscape deeply rooted in people's memories and with the ingenious design of diverse architectural styles, these features are transformed into architectural language. A unique and highly iconic composite community is carefully crafted, demonstrating its distinctive charm.
光&色 的视觉焦点
罍街·颍州坊Lei Street · Yingzhou Lane
罍街整体主打北方京派建筑风格，巧妙融合了多地特色建筑风格，如江南徽派的精致婉约、新中式的典雅大气、民国时期西洋建筑的独特韵味以及现代建筑的简约时尚，进行大胆的融合与创新。同时，引入部分极具代表性的传统建筑，用以展现地域文化的独特魅力，十分注重新老建筑元素的相互交融与呼应。通过精心的规划梳理空间，穿插不同风格的建筑，运用多元的景观流线进行串联，最终形成了既蕴含中国传统风格精髓，又带有民国时期西洋建筑风格特色的独特风貌，成功打造出一条别具一格的特色商业街区。
Lei Street as a whole is primarily based on the Northern Jing-style architecture, blending various architectural styles from different regions (such as Jiangnan Huizhou style, Neo-Chinese style, Western architecture from the Republican era, and modern architecture). It also incorporates a portion of representative traditional buildings to showcase local culture, emphasizing the fusion and revitalization of the old and the new. Through careful planning to sort out the space, interspersing buildings of different styles, and using multiple landscape circulation lines for connection, it finally forms a unique style that contains the essence of traditional Chinese style and also has the characteristics of Western - style architecture during the Republic of China period, successfully creating a distinctive characteristic commercial street.
罍街通过一条主要路径连通整个街区，为维持商业街的原有肌理和空间尺度，特意把主街道宽度设定在 6 - 7 米的范围。主路径上分布着大部分商铺，而支路径彼此相对独立，由中间的主街串联起来，进而衔接起罍街南、中心广场以及罍街北这三个区域，街道总长度在 500 - 600 米。
Lei Street features a main pathway that runs through the entire block. In order to maintain the texture and spatial scale of the commercial street, the width of the main street is controlled between 6-7 meters. Most of the shops are distributed along the main path, while the branch paths are relatively independent of each other and are connected by the main street in the middle, thus linking the three areas of South Leiguang Street, the Central Square, and North Leiguang Street. The total length of the street is between 500 - 600 meters.
商业街动线组织类型特点
1、整体空间格局清楚，秩序清晰，对消费者有着较好的游逛方向引导；
2、主动线可达性强，聚客能力强，沿主动线商铺效益高；
3、次动线提升了街区的“厚度”，增加了街区的游逛性；
4、主动线与次动线相交的节点形成广场空间，丰富了街区空间体验感。
Characteristics of the Commercial Street's Pathway Organization:
1、The overall spatial layout is clear and orderly, providing clear guidance for consumers to navigate the street.
2、The main pathway has strong accessibility and the ability to attract customers, resulting in high profitability for the shops along the main pathway.
3、The secondary pathways enhance the "thickness" of the block, increasing the attractiveness of the block for strolling and exploration.
4、The intersections between the main pathway and the secondary pathways form plaza spaces, enriching the spatial experience of the block.
罍街北主入口作为商业人流的主要汇聚地，别具匠心地镶嵌着一片古墙，与水景相互映衬，营造出独特氛围。在正对主轴的关键位置，安置着一座从别处移转而来、极具罍街标志性的传统古建。古老建筑与现代设计在此处交融，传统韵味与时尚风格激烈碰撞，共同塑造出独树一帜的建筑形态，让人眼前一亮。
The integration of old and new, the collision of traditional and modern fashionable styles, presents a distinctive architectural form with its own unique style.
The main entrance to the north of Lei Street serves as the primary source of commercial foot traffic. At this location, a section of ancient wall is embedded, combined with water feature design. Directly facing the central axis, a traditional ancient building with the iconic characteristics of Lei Street is positioned. Here, the ancient architecture and modern design blend, and the traditional charm and modern fashion style collide, jointly shaping a unique architectural form that is truly eye - catching.
丰富多元的空间氛围，把文化体验融入街区日常，风格各异的建筑巧妙地相互映衬，营造出极为多元的建筑空间体验。
The rich and diverse spatial atmosphere integrates cultural experiences into the daily life of the block. Buildings with different styles cleverly set off each other, creating an extremely diverse architectural space experience.
中心广场衔接南北两条街道，是游客们驻足休憩、欣赏美景的理想场所。广场的建筑面积大概在 4000 平方米，不仅矗立着牌坊，还设有戏台，能够根据不同季节和节日，开展各类节庆活动与户外娱乐项目 ，丰富游客的游玩体验。
The Central Square connects the north and south streets and is an ideal place for tourists to stop and take a break, as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery. The construction area of the square is approximately 4,000 square meters. There are not only archways standing upright but also a stage set up. It can hold various festival activities and outdoor entertainment projects according to different seasons and festivals, enriching tourists' visiting experiences.
身处中心街，四周皆是新旧交融、传统与现代交锋的景象。建筑风格多样，有的沉稳大气，有的雅致悠然，有的简约时尚。不同风格的建筑元素相互交织，赋予街区深厚的历史底蕴，尽显精美华丽。在这里，多元元素相互包容，让人深切感受到阜颍河孕育下的人文水城魅力。
In the heart of the street, you will experience the harmonious blend of old and new, the collision between tradition and modernity. Whether it's dignified and rational, elegant and leisurely, or modern and minimalist, the different architectural elements imbue the block with a sense of historical charm, showcasing exquisite beauty and grandeur. Amidst this diversity and inclusiveness, you can truly appreciate the humanistic water city shaped by the Fuying River, where history and culture come alive.
沿着合肥大道前行，经过一座木拱廊桥，廊桥下设有美人靠，你可以随时坐下，一边欣赏景色，一边与同行者交谈。 穿过廊桥便能抵达罍村广场，广场的东南角有一棵移植而来的古树，它作为村口的标志性景观，而古树旁边就是南街的入口。
Walk along Hefei Avenue and pass a wooden arch covered bridge. There are "beauty seats" under the bridge where you can sit down at any time, enjoy the scenery and talk with your companions. After crossing the bridge, you can reach Leicun Square. In the southeast corner of the square, there is an ancient transplanted tree, which serves as the landmark of the village entrance. Next to the ancient tree is the entrance to the South Street.
借助规划阶段对空间的精心梳理，巧妙穿插不同风格建筑的塑造，再融合浑然一体的水天景观资源 ，使得街区兼具中国传统风格的韵味与民国时期西洋建筑的特色，成功打造出一条独具风格的特色商业街区。
Through the meticulous spatial arrangement in the planning stage, skillfully interspersing the shaping of buildings with different styles, and integrating the seamless water - sky landscape resources, the block not only embodies the charm of traditional Chinese style but also the characteristics of Western - style architecture during the Republic of China period. Thus, a uniquely - styled characteristic commercial block has been successfully created.
临水商业街的整体规划布局一目了然，通过八条支巷与中心街区相连，巷子宽度大致维持在 4.5 米。商业街沿着阜颍河岸一路向东延伸，以院落的形式串联起多组功能各异的空间。在中央位置打造出开放式庭院，该庭院空间灵活，既能够独立使用，也能合并起来，为多样化的经营模式创造了条件。
The overall planning layout of the waterside commercial street is clear at a glance. It is connected to the central block through eight branch alleys, and the width of the alleys is generally maintained at about 4.5 meters. The commercial street extends all the way east along the Fuying River Bank, and strings together multiple groups of spaces with different functions in the form of courtyards. An open - style courtyard is created in the central position. This courtyard has a flexible space and can be used independently or combined, creating conditions for diverse business models.
河岸的秀丽风光，错落有致的平台，宜人的空间尺度，烘托出人头攒动、热闹非凡的浓厚生活气息。
The beautiful scenery of the riverbank, the well - arranged platforms, and the pleasant spatial scale set off a thick atmosphere of life with crowds of people and bustling activity.
罍街·堂前樾
Lei Street · Tangqianyue
居住区采用花园式的规划设计，整体布局呈现南低北高的态势，塑造出丰富多样的城市界面。小区中心合围出超大组团庭院，东面、西面和南面都能尽情欣赏河景。这里业态十分丰富，涵盖人才公寓、高层住宅、多层与小高层洋房、城市悦书房、幼儿园以及底层商铺，满足居民多方面的生活需求。
The residential area adopts a garden - style planning and design. The overall layout shows a pattern of being lower in the south and higher in the north, creating a rich and diverse urban interface. In the center of the community, an extra - large cluster courtyard is formed by enclosing. The east, west, and south sides can fully enjoy the river view. The residential area offers a wide range of formats, including talent apartments, high-rise residential buildings, multi-story and small high-rise townhouses, urban libraries, kindergartens, and ground-floor commercial spaces.
采用简洁现代的时尚立面风格，外立面选用真石漆材料，以棕色、黄色、米黄色三种色彩搭配，使建筑立面层次分明，整体色调偏暖，给人温馨之感。
A simple and stylish modern facade style is adopted, with the exterior facade using real stone paint material. The combination of brown, yellow, and beige colors creates a rich architectural facade with a warm overall tone, giving a cozy and welcoming feeling.
