本文介绍了一种基于模块化理论和拉动式能源框架的创新型暖通空调系统,旨在提高能效、降低运行成本并增强系统适应性。模块化的集成允许进行可扩展的升级,而基于拉动的能源系统通过使其与实时需求保持一致来优化能源使用,解决传统暖通空调系统常见的低效率问题。
通过案例研究,在苏宁广场在无锡研究评估改造的影响,使用差异(DID)的方法。结果显示,实验组的能源消耗减少了29.5%,同时节省了大量成本:2022年为800,000元,2023年为900,000元。模块化设计还提高了系统性能,包括温度调节、空气质量和用户舒适度,同时减少了维护和停机时间。

Abstract
This dissertation introduces an innovative modular HVAC system based on modularity theory and pull-based energy frameworks, aiming to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance system adaptability. The integration of modularity allows for scalable upgrades, while the pull-based energy system optimizes energy usage by aligning it with real-time demand, addressing common inefficiencies in traditional HVAC systems.
Through a case study at Suning Plaza in Wuxi, China, the research evaluates the retrofit's impact using the Difference-in-Differences (DID) methodology. The results show a 29.5% reduction in energy consumption in the treatment group, alongside significant cost savings—RMB 800,000 in 2022 and RMB 900,000 in 2023. The modular design also improved system performance, including temperature regulation, air quality, and occupant comfort, while reducing maintenance and downtime.
This study highlights the innovative value and practical application of the modular pull-based HVAC system. It offers a scalable and adaptable solution that can be applied to both retrofitting existing buildings and new construction, making a significant contribution to improving energy efficiency and sustainability in the HVAC industry. The findings provide a foundation for future developments in energy-efficient technologies, shaping the future of sustainable building systems.
