- 将酵母、糖、盐放在盆中。
- 加入70克水

- 发酵完成的状态。
- 装入纸杯,9分满。醒发5分钟。
- 锅中烧水,成这种翻滚的大水泡样子,就可以放上去蒸咯!

- 完成,开裂的大米发糕,味道杠杠的!
