其实吧,还是那个又懒又馋又偶尔想着减肥的我,偶尔琢磨着做个相对健康的零食/早餐~
用料
燕麦片(需要煮的那种版本,我买的农科院那个白的塑料袋包装的)
200克
健康的油(橄榄油亚麻籽油椰子油之类都没啥问题)
20克
椰枣
40克,其实比较随意
南瓜籽(或其他坚果也行)
适量
生巧粉
适量
肉桂粉
适量
黑巧克力块(我用的瑞士莲85%黑巧,看个人口味,加不加都行)
一板
一丢丢,3-5克啥的,不加也行
蜂蜜/炼乳之类甜的
适量,其实也完全可以不加
自制健康小零食/早餐:燕麦脆片(黑巧椰枣版)的做法
- 椰枣拿一丢丢热水泡会儿,然后切成碎丁方便在麦片里搞匀,然后燕麦片+油类+生巧粉+肉桂粉全都拌匀放烤盘就好~
肉桂粉有说抗炎有说引火下行,反正我平常会常用,不喜欢其实可以不加,也可以试试

- 烤箱上下火150烤个25-30分钟就好,尝一口略干脆为准,看各家烤箱,基本30分钟没啥大问题

- 烤完趁热把黑巧整块拌进去,热度其实可以自然的把黑巧融化了,讲究人会隔水融化啥的,但我懒…等个三五分钟就能拌匀让每块燕麦都沾满黑巧

- 冰箱冷冻一会儿变硬,徒手掰成一块块的找个容器保存冷藏就好…
