淀粉

电饼铛平底锅冰花煎饺的做法
- 电饼铛或平底锅热锅热油50克,依次摆入20个冻饺子
- 煎至底面焦黄的时候,把10克淀粉、100克清水搅拌均匀,从饺子间的缝隙倒入锅里
- 再次煎至水分收干即可出锅
- 轻轻铲起来,底面有焦脆漂亮的冰花呢
