Forum Introduction

The shipping industry serves as a bridge for international trade and economic globalisation, with fleet operations and ship management forming its cornerstone. At present, China is entering a new stage of development, requiring ship management companies to integrate into this new framework, strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, and actively adopt advanced international concepts, technologies, and experiences in fleet operations and ship management. The aim is to comprehensively provide diversified services for shipowners, strengthen brand, and elevate the industry’s recognition and appeal to enhance overall competitiveness.

To this end, Beyond Shipping plans to host the International Ship Management and Maritime Services Forum 2025 in Singapore this year. The forum will bring together domestic and international ship management companies and industry associations to discuss topics such as sustainable development of seafarers, ship safety, shipping decarbonisation, maritime services, risk control and insurance, and ship financing.

Domestically known as the International Ship Management (Shanghai) Summit, this forum has established itself as a highly influential and recognised brand in fleet operations and ship management. The upcoming forum will uphold its international and brand-oriented approach, extending its reach beyond China to attract renowned international enterprises and foster an exchange platform for cooperation and knowledge-sharing in the global ship management industry, advancing innovation and progress across the sector.
