用料
糯米
适量
黄豆
适量
白糖
适量
凉白开
适量
糯米糍粑的做法
- 黄豆放进蒸烤箱烤熟
- 放进破壁机专用研磨杯里,选择研磨功能打一分钟
- 研磨好的黄豆粉,加入适量白糖备用
- 糯米泡一晚上(天热的话记得放冰箱保鲜层),泡好的糯米一捏即碎的程度就可以了
- 泡好的糯米沥干水,放进蒸烤箱选择蒸米饭功能,纯蒸30分钟

- 蒸好的糯米饭
- 将蒸熟的糯米放进厨师机打细腻,期间多次少量加入凉白开,看最后糯米糍的状态是否达到满意
- 喜欢颗粒口感的就打到这样,想再细腻一些就继续4档再打一两分钟
- 双手抹点油,揉出一个个的糍粑,沾上白糖黄豆粉
