绝版猪手的做法

  1. 猪手冷水浸泡2两小时,然后冷水下锅焯水,焯水加料酒,撇去浮沫,十分钟出锅。

  1. 所有香料在此。

  1. 锅里下底油,把冰糖一起炒制。颜色变深,起小泡泡即可,加入提前准备好的开水,这一步会渐水,注意安全。盛出待用。

  1. 另下底油,把香料炒一下,加猪蹄翻炒两下,加足水,加入炒好的糖色。

  1. 把所有材料全部放进去,烧开。
