升学指导与职业规划

成功不是偶然，佳绩离不开提前的规划。哈罗北京拥有一支专业的升学指导与职业规划团队为学生“未雨绸缪”。早从哈罗九年级（公立八年级）开始，哈罗北京的升学指导团队通过英国综合课程PSHE中的职业课程部分和针对不同年级的各种讲座开始为学生做大学申请规划，学生有机会通过专业平台进行性格测试，并了解不同的工作环境，探索职业的可能性。进入哈罗十二年级（公立十一年级），学校会为每名学生配备指定的大学升学指导老师，老师通过与学生的一对一面谈以及与家长会面的方式来共同讨论学生的大学申请计划。除此之外，学校还开设了升学指导课程，帮助学生了解不同的大学申请系统，教他们如何写好大学文书，并为他们准备标准化考试提供建议等。升学指导团队也会帮助学生选择夏令营项目，帮助学生更好地过渡到理想大学及专业。

升学指导团队根据每名学生的职业目标帮助他们制定个性化的策略，选择最适合他们的大学，确保他们对自己的大学计划充满动力且感到从容。在整个升学指导过程中，老师们针对每个学生的目标院校和项目提供支持和建议。

At Harrow Beijing, a dedicated team of university and career counsellors works proactively with students to ensure they are well-prepared for their future.Beginning as early as Year 9 (Grade 8), university planning is embedded into the PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) curriculum, complemented by age-specific lectures and workshops. Students are introduced to personality assessments and career exploration tools, helping them understand various professional environments and uncover potential career paths.By Year 12 (Grade 11), each student is matched with a designated university counsellor who works closely with them and their families through one-on-one meetings to shape a personalised application plan. In addition, weekly university guidance lessons help students navigate different global application systems, refine their personal statements, and prepare for standardised testing.
