近年来，我国大力提倡适龄婚育，目前一些地方已经开始奖励结婚。

根据广州日报4月15日报道，广州市白云区龙归南岭村日前出台《初婚奖励实施方案（试行）》，规定双方或一方为本村户籍股东成员的初婚夫妻，最高可申领4万元奖金。

Several local governments in China have introduced cash rewards and benefits to encourage citizens to marry. In Longgui Nanling village, Baiyun district of Guangzhou, the local government rolled out a trial policy that offers up to 40,000 yuan to newlywed couples, as reported by Guangzhou Daily on April 15. The incentive requires at least one of individuals in the marriage to be a registered resident in the area.

今年3月21日，浙江省人民政府办公厅印发关于完善生育支持政策体系的若干措施的通知，若干措施提到，倡导适龄婚育，鼓励有条件的地区为符合条件的结婚登记对象发放结婚红包、消费券等。推进“婚登+文旅”融合发展，提升综合性婚姻登记服务品质。

Zhejiang province has also joined the trend. In March, the provincial government urged regions with sufficient resources to issue "marriage red packets" or consumption vouchers to eligible couples.

在浙江省内，一些地方此前已出台奖励结婚相关措施。其中，2023年4月，绍兴市上虞区推出13条优化生育政策，包括“对每对在上虞区登记结婚的夫妇给予价值1000元的礼包”。2023年8月，浙江省衢州市常山县宣布，对于在该县双方均为初次结婚登记且女方年龄在25周岁及以下的夫妇(至少一方为常山户籍的)，给予1000元的奖励。

在山西省吕梁市，自2025年1月1日起，在吕梁市登记结婚（双方均为初次登记）且女方年龄在35周岁及以下的夫妇，给予1500元的奖励。结婚奖励资金在结婚登记窗口以现金装红包的形式现场发放。

此外，还有部分地方发放价值不等的礼包。西安交通大学人口与发展研究所教授姜全保此前对第一财经分析，结婚奖励进一步释放了鼓励适龄婚育的积极信号，同时也是降低结婚、生育、养育、教育等婚育成本的一个体现，降低结婚、生育、养育、教育等成本是一个系统的工程，奖励结婚也是将鼓励支持措施进一步往前延伸。

"These incentives send a positive signal to reduce the costs associated with marriage, childbirth and parenting," said Jiang Quanbao, a professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He emphasized that lowering such burdens requires systemic reforms, with marriage rewards being a step forward.

同时，婚姻登记也越来越便利。

今年4月9日，新修订的《婚姻登记条例》公布，自2025年5月10日起施行。根据《条例》内容，办理结婚、离婚登记都无需再出示户口簿了。

取消婚姻登记需要出具户口簿的规定，不用再回户籍地办理登记。这对于长期在非户籍地工作的人们来说，进行婚姻登记更加方便。同时，也更能满足一些个性化的需求。有分析指出，一些对婚姻登记地比如相遇地、初恋地、定情地、上学地、创业地等情有独钟的个性化婚姻登记需求也能得到满足。

A revised Marriage Registration Regulation, set to take effect on May 10, will eliminate the requirement for couples to present household registration documents, allowing marriages and divorces to be registered without returning to one's place of household registration. The policy shift is expected to streamline the process for millions of migrant workers and urban residents living far from their hometowns. It also caters to personalized preferences, enabling couples to tie the knot in locations symbolic to their relationships, such as where they first met, fell in love, studied or started their careers.

同时，近年来结婚登记场景也越来越多样化。一些地方将婚姻登记服务中心开进公园、地铁站、商场、景区等。例如，近日合肥一设在地铁站的婚姻登记处引发关注。根据媒体报道，这是全国第一个设在地铁站内的婚姻登记处，自去年初投入使用以来，已经有超过2000对新人在这里登记结婚。

与此同时，各地纷纷优化婚恋服务。前述浙江关于完善生育支持政策体系的若干措施提到，优化恋爱交友载体。建设一批青年婚恋观教育阵地，搭建安全、可靠、高品质的线上交友平台。实施“亲青恋”提升计划，深化“浙工缘”青年职工交友活动，加强“公益红娘”队伍建设，打造“浙里幸福荟”婚育服务品牌。优化完善高校在校学生婚育相关制度。
