孩子想吃豌豆黄,有时候大街上还不好遇,自己动手做,简单还卫生!
用料
脱皮豌豆
500克
清水
2000克
白糖
150克
红枣
50克
葡萄干

- 脱皮豌豆500克淘洗三五遍,凉水浸泡4-6小时(时间太久容易发芽)
- 普通锅(高压锅也可以)里倒入2000克清水,倒入泡好又淘洗了两遍的豌豆,煮30分钟,水开后可以半开着锅盖,防止扑锅
- 煮熟的豌豆,捞出来放到破壁机里,打碎成泥,越细腻越好(如果你的破壁机带不动,里面加一点水)。打成泥,转移到不粘锅里
- 加入白糖150克、切碎的红枣50克、洗净的葡萄干30克
- 开小火用硅胶铲不断翻炒
- 炒到粘稠不流动状态,关火,别炒太干,不然表面会开裂
