牛奶土司的做法

  1. 中种材料中的高粉、白砂糖、酵母放入盆中

  1. 加入牛奶后用筷子搅拌均匀

  1. 和成面团后室温放半小时,然后盖保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏12小时以上。我将它冷藏了16个小时,至面团上有很多小孔即可

  1. 将发酵好的中种面团放入面包机,再放入主面团的材料:高粉、酵母,牛奶、鸡蛋、奶粉、白砂糖

  1. 反复揉面,至能将面团拉出薄膜为止。(大约60分钟左右)

  1. 最后放入黄油,启动发面团键,揉面加等待发酵。(时间为90分钟)

  1. 一个半小时后,面团发酵至很大或满桶就可以了

  1. 启动面包机揉面5分钟,让面团排排气

  1. 然后取出面团,称量平均等分

  1. 取其中的一个面剂子,擀成长圆形薄片后卷起,松弛10分钟后再擀开卷起

  1. 然后将面卷排入抹了黄油的模具里
