本项目是一次基于城市更新和历史街区复兴的再生式设计。项目紧邻湖广会馆及东水门历史文化街区，该区域有着丰富的文化底蕴，各个时期的历史信息交相辉映，是整个巴渝文化的重要历史切片。项目保留了区域原有的历史脉络，在原有的建筑肌理和历史文脉的基础上赋予了新的活力。整个项目包含文物建筑修缮、新建风貌住宅和特色风貌商业。设计团队秉承保护性开发的原则，着眼于重庆的历史之源、文化之根，旨在留住城市风貌，传承历史文脉。

This project is a regenerative design based on urban renewal and the revival of historical districts. It is adjacent to the Huguang Guild Hall and the Dongshuimen Historical and Cultural District. This area boasts a rich cultural heritage, with historical information from various periods interwoven, making it an essential slice of Ba Yu culture. The project preserves the region's original historical context, injecting new vitality while maintaining the architectural texture and historical narrative. It includes the restoration of cultural relics and buildings, the construction of new residential buildings, and distinctive commercial buildings. The design team adheres to the principle of protective development, focusing on Chongqing's historical and cultural roots, aiming to preserve the urban landscape and continue the historical legacy.

更新前，项目的特征和面临的问题都非常显著。首先，地块的文化脉络非常丰富，各个时期的历史信息交相辉映，层叠感与复杂性交织，是整个巴渝文化的重要历史切片。

Before the renewal, the project's characteristics and challenges were quite pronounced. The site's rich cultural lineage featured interwoven historical layers, creating a sense of depth and complexity, making it a significant historical slice of Ba Yu culture.

因此设计团队面临的并不是简单的复原或再造，设计团队要做的是基于城市更新和历史街区复兴的再生式设计。如何联接历史与当下，历史文化与当代生活如何相融，这些都是设计团队面临的巨大挑战。

This project isn't merely about restoration or reconstruction; it's about regenerative design based on urban renewal and the revival of historical districts. The challenges lie in linking history with the present and integrating historical culture with contemporary life.

设计团队将这个项目视为一代人曾经的生活记忆和情感载体，设计团队不愿建一片“博物馆”，而是希望建成后人能参与进来，为这里不断注入新的活力，恢复这里昔日朴素生动的生活气息。

The design team views this project as a vessel for the living memories and emotions of past generations. The goal is not to create a "museum" but to construct a space where future generations can participate, continuously injecting new vitality and restoring the area's once-vibrant everyday life.

设计改造

Renovation Design

示范区，由三栋住宅别墅样板栋和下洪学巷40号、42号两栋文物建筑的修缮组成。新老建筑在同一个场域共存，如何处理二者的关系是本次设计的难点也是亮点之一。

The demonstration area consists of three residential villa samples and the restoration of buildings No. 40 and No. 42 on Xiahongxue Lane. The coexistence of new and old buildings within the same site is a key highlight and challenge of this design.

夜幕中的下洪学巷40号和42号；在灯光的映衬下，与湖广会馆相互融合。“云梯式”传统山地街区肌理，层层退台的台院式建筑，充分展现出山城重庆的开放与包容。

At night, the illuminated buildings No. 40 and No. 42 on Xiahongxue Lane blend with the Huguang Guild Hall. The "cloud ladder" traditional hillside street texture, with terraced courtyard buildings, showcases Chongqing's openness and inclusiveness.

修缮后的下洪学巷40号小洋楼，始建立于1935年，砖木结构，两楼一底，拱形卷廊，歇山屋顶，屋顶开有老虎窗。这是重庆开埠后中西建筑形态结合的典型案例。抗战时期，曾一度作为长江的军火转运站办公处。

The restored small Western-style building at No. 40 Xiahongxue Lane, established in 1935, features a brick-wood structure, an arched colonnade, a hipped roof, and dormer windows. It is a typical example of the combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles after Chongqing's opening as a port. During the war, it served as an office for the Yangtze River ammunition transfer station.

修缮后的40号小洋楼正立面；老建筑40号小洋楼延续会所功能，取繁华之意，唤做“四海”。五湖四海皆兄弟，四面八方都可聊。不需要严肃的像博物馆，而是能够包容人随时、随地坐下来，享受一杯咖啡、一餐佳肴。

The restored façade of the No. 40 small Western-style building will continue to function as a clubhouse named "Sihai" (Four Seas), symbolizing the concept of global brotherhood and universal conversation. The space will be casual and inviting, allowing people to enjoy coffee or a meal anytime, rather than a formal museum-like setting.

下洪学巷42号，修缮后作为精品咖啡店。在“修旧如旧”的原则之下，设计师为一棵黄桷树“妥协”，保留的黄桷古树枝叶繁茂、冠盖如伞，唤醒重庆人的无数乡愁。冠树为名，树冠咖啡。

The street-facing wall of the restored No. 42 Xiahongxue Lane now houses a boutique coffee shop called "Tree Crown Coffee," preserving a large Huangjue tree, a symbol of local nostalgia.

住宅别墅样板栋。展示区三栋新建住宅建筑，尽管是这个地产项目的一部分，但设计方与业主单位共通的希望却是“去地产化”，而去地产化的唯一解，就是与当地文化相结合。

Residential villa samples. The demonstration area includes three newly built residential buildings, which, although part of this real estate project, aim to "de-real estate" and integrate with local culture.

L形别墅内部庭院；设计团队拒绝简单的仿古和复刻，而是对传统建筑进行提炼和转译，使其既能满足现代生活的需求，又能重现山城传统民居的神韵。

L形别墅室内；首层会客厅两侧均有庭院，落地玻璃让室内空间通透明亮，模糊了室内外的空间界限，庭院景色被充分纳入到室内空间。
