白砂糖

温水

耐高糖酵母

木薯(淀)粉

高筋粉

150克

可可粉

葵花籽油

泡打粉

新中式糕点-可可马拉糕蒸糕发糕的做法

  1. 白砂糖+温水+酵母搅拌融化;

  1. 筛入木薯粉和高筋粉;

  1. 用蛋抽拌至无干粉后,再用刮刀压至无颗粒;

  1. 密封放入烤箱用发酵功能,发至2倍大;

  1. 在此过程中,把可可粉和葵花籽油加一起搅拌融解成糊;

  1. 取出面糊,加入泡打粉和可可糊;

  1. 蛋糕搅拌至完荃消泡;

  1. 模具无需fang粘处理,直接倒入,静置10分钟;

  1. 烧开一锅水,并在模具上盖上锡纸;

  1. 把模具放进锅中,盖上锅盖,中小火蒸45分钟;

  1. 出锅无需倒扣,晾凉后倒扣过来就可以脱模了。
