近日，沈阳市和平区太原街万达商场四楼波波笑剧场发生猥亵事件。

在表演过程中，观众任某（男，23岁）当众猥亵、触摸女脱口秀演员于某大腿根部，被警方带走，处以行政拘留十日。

A 23-year-old male audience member, surnamed Ren, was arrested for publicly groping a female comedian during a live performance in Shenyang, Liaoning province. Police confirmed that Ren reached under the performer's skirt and touched her upper thigh, resulting in a 10-day administrative detention.

据央广网消息，波波笑剧场相关负责人表示，经过相关部门核查，演出内容符合《营业性演出管理条例》相关规定，女演员穿着为一条连衣裙，未发现有影响公序良俗行为，男观众手伸进去裙底触碰女演员身体底线；针对该事件，剧场已配合警方完成取证和依法处理工作，并对受到惊吓的演员进行安抚。

The theater management stated that an investigation by relevant authorities found the show's content compliant with regulations. The female performer, surnamed Yu, wore a standard dress during the act, with no violations of public order or morality identified. The theater cooperated fully with police evidence collection and provided psychological support to the traumatized artist.

在该事件发生后，有网友质疑该演员曾多次讲“摸腿梗”，还有网友认为演员一些段子里的笑话“鼓励”了观众伸出“咸猪手”。

据封面新闻消息，对于网友的质疑，工作人员回应称，剧场的每场演出内容均通过相关部门报批，系正常演出，不存在违规情况。“就算是演出玩梗，脱口秀演员也没说过‘你可以摸我的腿’，并且她多次强调男性不可以摸腿。”

Online debates erupted following the incident, with some netizens questioning whether Yu's prior use of "leg-touching jokes" in routines had inadvertently encouraged such behavior. Others speculated whether certain comedic segments normalized inappropriate audience conduct.

In response, theater staff clarified that all performances undergo pre-approval by regulatory bodies. "Even when jokes involve playful references, the comedian never invites physical contact," a representative said.

北京市中闻律师事务所娱乐法律师刘凯表示，“公安机关依法对该男子处以十日行政拘留，符合法律规定。”演员在表演中进行艺术表达，属于其人格权和表达自由的范畴，只要内容未违反法律法规和公序良俗，即为合法，任某的行为不能因演员的表演方式而被免除责任。

Liu Kai, an entertainment law attorney at Zhongwen Law Firm, affirmed the legality of the punishment: "The 10-day administrative detention aligns with the Public Security Administration Punishments Law of China." He emphasized that artistic expression falls within performers' personality rights and freedom of speech, provided the content complies with laws and social ethics. Ren's actions couldn't be justified by performance context.

北京市千千律师事务所逯玉认为，脱口秀表演很多时候的段子都属于活跃气氛、玩笑的表达，不影响事件的定性，“剧场从未承诺过允许身体接触，所以行政处罚没有任何问题”。

Lu Yu from Qianqian Law Firm added: "While stand-up comedy often uses exaggerated humor to engage audiences, theaters never condone physical interaction. The administrative penalty was legally sound and necessary."

另据极目新闻消息，河南泽槿律师事务所主任付建也认为，脱口秀等演出中的摸腿梗等互动梗属于语言艺术，不属于对方对身体接触的默示同意。肢体接触必须以双方明确同意为前提，观众不得突破语言互动的范畴实施侵权行为。

此外，也有网友认为，拿摸腿当笑料本身也不恰当。
