近期，网络反映黄杨某甜“天价耳环”有关情况引发社会关注。四川省雅安市成立由纪检监察、公安、市场监管等部门组成的联合工作组，对其父杨某在雅安工作期间及其涉雅的有关情况进行核查。现将相关核查进展情况予以通报。

A joint task force comprising disciplinary inspection, public security, and market regulation authorities in Ya'an city, Sichuan province, has launched an investigation into Yang, a former local official and father of actress Huangyang Diantian, following public scrutiny over his daughter's exorbitantly priced earrings that recently sparked heated online debate. The probe focuses on Yang's professional conduct during his tenure in Ya'an and related activities.

杨某于2010年10月报名参加雅安市公开招录公务员考试，经过笔试、面试、体检、考察等程序，于2011年4月被录用为雅安市城市管理行政执法支队（参照公务员法管理事业单位）工作人员。2014年9月，借调至雅安市投资促进局（参照公务员法管理事业单位）工作。2015年1月，调入雅安市投资促进局下属科级事业单位雅安市投资促进服务中心工作。2017年2月，杨某以夫妻长期两地分居、无法照顾小孩为由，向雅安市投资促进局提出辞聘申请。2017年3月，雅安市投资促进局按程序与其解除聘用合同。

According to a statement released on Thursday, Yang joined the civil service in April 2011 after passing the city's standardized recruitment process and worked for the Urban Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, focusing on urban management.

In September 2014, he was transferred to the Ya'an Investment Promotion Bureau and later to its affiliated Investment Promotion Service Center in 2015, and then he resigned in March 2017 for personal reasons.

2011年4月至2014年9月，杨某作为雅安市城市管理行政执法支队工作人员，主要从事市容市貌管理、违法建筑查处等工作，未参与灾后重建项目工作。2014年9月至2017年3月，杨某在雅安市投资促进局及其下属事业单位雅安市投资促进服务中心工作期间，主要负责招商引资网络平台管理、信息服务等工作，协助开展招商引资活动组织协调工作，其工作不涉及灾后重建项目招标、资金审批管理和慈善捐款。雅安市投资促进局通过官方平台发布的招商引资项目中，杨某作为招商项目联系人的有1个，为估算投资7亿元的荥经县云峰山4A级景区开发招商项目，该项目最终没有招引到投资商。

经核实，杨某在雅工作期间未经手灾后重建项目招投标，未涉及灾后重建资金审批管理和慈善捐款。杨某在雅工作期间涉嫌违规经商办企业问题，在参加公开招录公务员考试和工作期间涉嫌故意隐瞒违法生育二孩问题。对涉嫌违法违规问题，监察机关已立案调查，将依法依规严肃处理。

From 2011 to 2014, his duties did not involve post-earthquake reconstruction projects. After his transfer in 2015, his responsibilities included managing investment promotion platforms and assisting in event coordination, with no participation in reconstruction-related bidding, fund approvals, or charity donations, according to the investigation report.

But the joint task force identified two violations: unauthorized business activities while employed and deliberate concealment of a violation of China's former two-child policy during his civil service period.

Further updates will be released as the investigation progresses, it added.
