红烧大黄花鱼的做法

  1. 大黄花鱼清洗干净,背部两面划三刀。撒料酒,少许盐,涂抹均匀后腌制15分钟。

  1. 腌制好后,用厨房纸吸干水分。

  1. 油温升高后下鱼煎,不要轻易来回翻动(总翻动会散,形状不好看→_→),一面煎至焦黄后再翻煎另一面,晃动锅身使其受热均匀。

  1. 两面煎好后用锅铲推至一边,下葱姜蒜辣椒料酒

  1. 记得调一碗料汁,料汁大家看配料表。将料汁倒入煎锅中,小火焖煮五分钟,鱼不要翻,汤汁我都是用勺子慢慢浇在鱼身上。
