哈罗上海的外籍教师团队全部来自英语母语国家，这很重要。在目前的54位外籍老师中，98%（53位）来自英国、美国、澳大利亚、爱尔兰或新西兰。83%的老师是是英国籍，他们在英国成长、拥有纯正的英式教育背景。唯一的例外，是西班牙语老师——也毕业于英国的大学！

Teachers in Harrow Shanghai all come from English-speakingcountries. 98% (53 out of 54) of our overseas staff are from the UK, USA,Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand. 83% of our teachers are British — they wentto school in the UK and grew up in Britain. The only exception? Their Spanishteacher — trained at a British university!

This makes their school the most British of all schools teaching the British National Curriculum.

Small Classes and Individual Attention

Harrow Shanghai champions small class sizes and meaningful individual attention. Their teacher-to-pupil ratio is an exceptional 1：7 — one of the best in the city.

In Early Years, each class is guided by a team of three: an experienced expatriate class teacher, a bilingual learning support assistant (LSA), and a dedicated carer. Children are known, cared for, and deeply understood.

In Primary School, every class is led by an expatriate class teacher, supported by a bilingual LSA. They help with both academic progress and social-emotional wellbeing. Differentiated instruction ensures each child learns at just the right level.

In Upper School, our pupils are supported by teachers and House Tutors — trusted mentors who walk alongside them, both academically and pastorally. These relationships ensure every student is seen, heard, and guided with care.
