编者按

上海市民办尚德实验学校创建于2003年9月,是一所小学、初中到高中的十二年一贯制寄宿学校。2010年4月获得国际文凭组织授权,成为IB World School。学校面向世界,瞄准未来,适应学生和社会发展,定位于实验性、示范性、个性化、国际化,秉持“尊重差异、提供选择、开发潜能、分类发展”的学生观和“教育的最大魅力就是让每个学生都拥有希望”的办学使命,构建了具有尚德特色的课程体系。让尚德的课程满足每一个学生的发展需要,促进学生有个性地全面发展。各学部形成一批优质校本课程,不断完善和丰富学生课程选择,促进中外课程的融合,确保学生在不同的领域获得强势发展。

本学期,尚德融合部围绕“实践创新-理论深化-成果转化”的发展路径,赋能教师持续成长,提升教学品质。尚德融合部共同打造了开放互动、高效共生的课堂新生态,实现师生共同成长。

This semester, following the development pathway of "theoretical deepening - practical innovation - outcome transformation", all faculty members have engaged in thematic training, demonstration workshops, teaching reflections, and collaborative practices.

教学示范,实践引领

Teaching Demonstration

为提升教学实践,4月30日各学部有经验教师首先开展教学示范课,充分展示不同学段不同学科在IB理念下的融合课程,促进教师间的共同成长,推动学生核心素养发展。

Demos conducted by each department fully demonstrate the integration of different subjects, promote common growth among teachers, and promote the development of students' key literacy.

融合部小学数学《分数与小数的互化》

融小万思怡老师的数学示范课聚焦于新教材下的小初衔接,打破五六年级知识壁垒。真实的生活情境中发现问题,对分数与小数互化的方法层层剥茧,帮助学生理解数与小数互化的逻辑,助力小升初平稳过渡。

PYP's Math Teacher focuses on bridging grades five and six under the new teaching materials. Problems are identified in real-life situations, and the method of mutualization of fractions and decimals is peeled off layer by layer.

融合部初中物理《探秘大气的力量》

融中窦宏越老师以培养核心素养为目标导向,通过“挑战驱动+小组合作”模式,让学生在动手实践中解码大气压强的科学奥秘;以历史经典实验与数字化模型为载体,激发科学思维,培养严谨态度与创新精神,彰显“做中学、用中学”的育人价值,助力学生成长为知行合一的终身探索者

Driven by core competency development, students decoded the science of atmospheric pressure through "challenge-driven + group collaboration" activities. Historical experiments and digital models ignited scientific thinking, cultivating rigor and innovation, embodying the "learning by doing" ethos.

融合部高中生物《Animal Behavior》

融高Mark老师通过创新性的教学实验,展示了如何在分层课堂中进行有价值的学生活动设计。本节课通过精彩的情境创设,引导不同能力的学生在任务的指引下进行知识的探索、学习、巩固、应用与测试,在体现学术性的同时向老师们展现了高中的学科课堂也可以在充实与严谨的同时,也很有趣。

Innovative experiments showcased differentiated student activity design in tiered classrooms. Through immersive scenarios, students of varying abilities explored, consolidated, and applied knowledge, proving that rigorous academic classes can also be engaging.

融合部高中英语

《Making School Meaningful》

融高郑晓瑜老师以原住民Yupiks的教育困境为议题,通过递进式问题链的探究,引导学生深度思考文化认同与社会责任。将文化与语言学习相结合,在过程中充分思考和探讨了原住民的教育困境。

Centered on the educational struggles of the Yupik Indigenous community, students engaged in progressive inquiry to reflect on cultural identity and social responsibility, merging language learning with cultural exploration.

高效课堂的研讨与培训

Seminar and Training on Class

教学展示之后,各部课程协调员结合不同学段学生的学习偏好和学习内容的特点,进行了具有学部针对性的研讨与培训,共享高效课堂的实践经验

After the demos, teachers across divisions shared practical strategies for building efficient classrooms.

融小课程协调员李璨老师进行了可视化思维工具的学习, 结合不同思维工具在单元探究中的应用案例,帮助学生显性化逻辑思维。融中课程协调员李雯老师基于Inquiry cycle理论框架,整合多学科典型课例,系统探究课堂导入与总结环节的优化策略融高A‐Level课程协调员肖羽真老师引领老师们探讨如何通过“任务拆解-能力适配-动态分组”满足多元学习需求,支持学生个性化成长。

PYP teachers researched visual thinking tools. They did case studies on different tools making students’ logical thinking visible. MYP explored strategies to optimize inquiry cycles and integrate cross-disciplinary examples. DP and A‐Level discussed strategies for "task decomposition-ability alignment-dynamic grouping" to meet diverse learning needs.

质管会全面深入,指导教学革新

Guidance for Teaching Improvement

示范与研讨的根本目的,在于提升融合部全体教师的课堂教学。融合部于4月29日召开融合部质量管理委员会议。融合部姚可阶校长指出,全体教学质量管理委员会教师应协同对学部青年教师开展课堂“问诊式”听课,在听课中不仅聚焦教师教学行为,更要着重观察学生学习状态与成效;深入探究教学行为对学生学习产生的作用及二者互动规律;以此借助同伴经验提升青年教师实践能力,构建常态化学习反思机制,助力其优化教学策略。融合部教学副校长邓红喜女士布置了从5月6日至23日,为期三周的地毯式过关听课任务。每位质管会成员对所带教的教师进行至少两轮的指导听课,从教学目标、教学设计、教学方法等方面进行把脉和指导,确保融合部每位老师的课堂的精彩高效。

Principal Yao directed the Teaching Quality Committee to conduct diagnostic evaluations of young teachers' classes, emphasizing teaching-student interaction analysis and peer collaboration to improve pedagogy. The Vice Principal Lizzy organized a meeting to implement these initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching quality and student development.

专家引领,深化课堂改进

Theoretical Foundation, Clear Direction

理论学习为持续性的课堂教学改进提供养分。融合部外方校长David Richardson通过互动式学习,聚焦IB教学中的核心问题,从文化、环境、目标、学习四大维度解析IB课程框架,分享不同课程体系学生开展跨项目协作的实践案例。

Through interactive learning, Principal David Richardson analyzes the IB curriculum framework from the four dimensions of culture, environment, goals, and learning, and shares practical examples of cross-project collaboration among students of different curriculum systems.

学习不止于校内,5月23日,尚德融合部还邀请校外专家著名IB培训官吴星华女士进行主题培训。面向融合部全体教师,吴博士开展关于批判性思维的培训。从“眼见不一定为实”出发,通过一个个生动的案例,引出教师要在教学中关注知识来源的丰富性,兼顾政治、性别、职责、经历、学历等方面,最终提升自我的批判性思维能力。

Starting from “Seeing is not always believing”, Dr. Wu, the IB Training Officer, introduced through a vivid case study that teachers should pay attention to the richness of the knowledge sources in teaching.

为了更好地发挥管理团队的教学引领作用,5月24日吴博士进一步与融合部教学管理团队进行了一场全天候的头脑风暴。从真实课堂中的教学设计出发,解析概念驱动教学的重要性,深挖“知识型课程”和“程序型课程”的特征和联系,帮助教师优化课堂教学质量,助力学生全面发展。

Dr. Wu's explanation and sharing of “knowledge-based curriculum” and “procedural curriculum” is a feast for teachers to help them optimize the quality of classroom teaching and help students' all-round development.

从课堂到课例研究

From Class to Lesson Study

实践成果转化为理论成果,才有助于形成更加高效、稳定的教育范式。融合部教科研负责人庾晓蓓老师以“从课堂案例到学术论文”为主题,和教师们一起探寻课例研究的行动路径。本场培训从课例研究的内涵与价值出发,深入剖析了课例研究的基本路径,强调了发掘课堂真问题及理论实践相结合的重要性。

Ms.Betty commenced with an examination of the essence and significance of lesson study, followed by detailed analysis of its fundamental methodologies through practical case studies.
