五台山作为中国四大佛教名山之首（与峨眉山、普陀山、九华山并列），正从传统朝圣地向“文化+康养”综合体转型，其历史地位和现代发展具有独特性和代表性。五台山是文殊菩萨的道场，自东汉佛教传入中国后逐渐成为佛教中心，北魏至唐代达到鼎盛，现存47座寺庙（如显通寺、塔院寺等），其中多座被列为世界文化遗产（2009年列入《世界遗产名录》）。五台山融合了佛教文化、古建艺术（唐代木构建筑南禅寺、佛光寺）、自然景观（五峰环绕），被誉为“中国古建博物馆”。历史上多位皇帝（如北魏孝文帝、清康熙、乾隆）曾巡礼五台山，赋予其“皇家圣地”的政治象征意义。

Wutai Mountain, as the top of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China (alongside Mount Emei, Mount Putuo and Mount Jiuhua), is transforming from a traditional pilgrimage site to a "culture + health care" complex. Its historical status and modern development are unique and representative. Wutai Mountain is the sacred place of Manjusri Bodhisattva. Since Buddhism was introduced to China during the Eastern Han Dynasty, it gradually became the center of Buddhism. It reached its peak from the Northern Wei Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty. There are still 47 temples (such as Xiantong Temple and Ta Yuan Temple), many of which have been listed as World Cultural Heritage Sites (included in the World Heritage List in 2009). Wutai Mountain integrates Buddhist culture, ancient architectural art (Tang Dynasty wooden structures such as Nan Chan Temple and Fo Guang Temple), and natural landscapes (surrounded by five peaks), and is known as the "Museum of Ancient Chinese Architecture". Many emperors in history (such as Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty) once paid homage to Wutai Mountain, endowing it with the political symbolic significance of being a "royal holy land".

五台山景区是山西省旅游经济的核心支柱之一，2024年游客量约500万人次，夏季避暑和冬季朝圣形成季节性高峰。近年建成五台山机场、高速公路网，并规划轻轨项目以缓解交通压力。推出“智慧五台山”数字化平台，通过VR技术展示寺庙文化；举办“五台山国际文化旅游节”等节庆活动。作为国家级自然保护区，限制过度开发，但旅游商业化（如民宿扩建、商业街）与生态保护的平衡仍是挑战。门票收入（135元/人）占比较大，二次消费（住宿、购物）仍有提升空间。山西省政府计划到2025年将五台山打造成“世界级旅游康养目的地”，预计年接待量突破800万人次。

Wutai Mountain Scenic Area is one of the core pillars of Shanxi Province's tourism economy. In 2024, it is expected to receive approximately 5 million visitors, with a seasonal peak formed by summer reresorts and winter pilgrimages. In recent years, Wutai Mountain Airport and the expressway network have been completed, and a light rail project has been planned to relieve traffic pressure. Launch the "Smart Wutai Mountain" digital platform to showcase temple culture through VR technology; Hold festivals and events such as the "Wutai Mountain International Cultural Tourism Festival". As a national-level nature reserve, excessive development is restricted, but the balance between tourism commercialization (such as the expansion of homestays and commercial streets) and ecological protection remains a challenge. Ticket revenue (135 yuan per person) accounts for a relatively large proportion, and there is still room for improvement in secondary consumption (accommodation and shopping). The Shanxi provincial government plans to build Wutai Mountain into a "world-class tourism and health care destination" by 2025, with an expected annual reception volume exceeding 8 million people.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

行到水穷处，坐看云起时（王维），人间如梦，一樽还酹江月（苏轼），这是一条通由“妙悟”而到达人生永恒的心灵之路，面对人生的目的（无目的）和存在的意义（无意义），抓住片刻当下，珍惜人间情爱，这就是精神回归的桃源之处。如何在多个同类型产品中脱颖而出、在去宗教化的前期下，寻找观己·ANANDA的发展之道，是我们本案的主要切入点，以五台山为依托、精神疗愈为空间场域，精神回归为最终目的。禅是生命的态度 —— 禅是看清世间之后，真正认识自己，禅是体悟生命实相之后的生活态度，活在当下，回归本真，塑造慢生活的体验空间、回归自我的朝圣之地。

"Walk to the end of the water, sit and watch the clouds rise" (Wang Wei), "The human world is like a dream, a bottle return 酹 Jiangyue" (Su Shi), this is a way through "wonderful enlightenment" to reach the eternal path of the soul of life, face the purpose of life (no purpose) and the meaning of existence (no meaning), seize the moment present, cherish human love, this is the peach source of the spirit return. How to stand out among multiple similar products and find the development path of Guanji ANANDA in the early stage of de-religialization is the main entry point of our case. Relying on Wutai Mountain, with spiritual healing as the spatial field and spiritual return as the ultimate goal. Zen is an attitude towards life - Zen is the true understanding of oneself after seeing the world clearly; Zen is the attitude towards life after comprehending the reality of life, living in the present, returning to the essence, creating an experience space for a slow life, and a pilgrimage site for returning to oneself.

品牌名称：“观己”的本质是一种向内觉察的修行方式；观己的疗愈性在于重新感知身体信号（如呼吸、紧绷感）和情绪流动，恢复身心一体性；观己是疗愈的起点，本质是一场回归内在故乡的旅程。它并非逃避现实，而是通过清醒的自我觉察，剥离社会化的噪音，触摸生命最原初的宁静与力量；观己的终极指向，是消融"能观"与"所观"的对立。当觉察者与被觉察者合一，便抵达禅家所言"能所双忘"之境——这既是心灵的彻底疗愈，也是对本性圆满的顿悟。“ananda”这个古老的梵文词汇，蕴含了深刻的内涵，表示一种内在的幸福或快乐感。描述内心的满足、平和或欣慰。在佛教中，它也被用来描述一种精神状态，即通过冥想和修行达到的平静和内在的快乐。

Brand name: The essence of "Self-reflection" is a form of self-awareness and spiritual practice. The healing power of self-observation lies in re-perceiving body signals (such as breathing and tension) and emotional flow, restoring the unity of body and mind. Self-reflection is the starting point of healing, and its essence is a journey back to one's inner homeland. It is not an escape from reality, but rather through clear self-awareness, stripping away the noise of socialization and touching the most original tranquility and power of life. The ancient Sanskrit word "ananda" contains profound connotations and represents an inner sense of happiness or joy. Describe inner satisfaction, peace or relief. In Buddhism, it is also used to describe a mental state, namely the peace and inner happiness achieved through meditation and practice.

The natural, simple, peaceful and harmonious spatial design will provide a spiritual haven for travelers who are physically and mentally exhausted. In the bustling and noisy city, people are always in pursuit of material satisfaction amid their busyness, but often neglect inner peace and the harmony of nature. However, there is a lifestyle that advocates returning to simplicity and nature, and that is the life of meditation.

二、空间美学

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

五台山观己·ANANDA，并非单纯的居住空间，而是一种生活态度的具象化呈现。其设计灵感源自禅宗文化，着重于人与自然的和谐共生，以及对内心平和宁静的追求。在观己·ANANDA的设计层面，大量自然元素得以巧妙运用。木材、石材以及松柏等元素随处可见，这些材料所散发出来的自然气息，能让人真切感受到大自然的温暖与亲切。与此同时，该空间对于布局和光影的运用极为考究。通过精心设计，即便在有限的空间范围内，入住者也能体会到无尽的宁静与舒适。

Wutai Mountain Guanji ·ANANDA is not merely a living space, but a concrete manifestation of a lifestyle attitude. Its design inspiration comes from Zen culture, emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, as well as the pursuit of inner peace and tranquility. At the design level of Guanji ANANDA, a large number of natural elements are ingeniously utilized. Elements such as wood, stone and pine and cypress can be seen everywhere. The natural atmosphere exuded by these materials can make people truly feel the warmth and intimacy of nature. Meanwhile, this space is extremely meticulous in the layout and the application of light and shadow. Through meticulous design, even within a limited space, residents can experience endless tranquility and comfort.

值得注意的是，观己·ANANDA设置了众多冥想空间，并配备了相应的禅修设施。此类布置的初衷，在于为入住者营造良好的环境，助力他们开展内心修炼与冥想活动，进而使内心趋于更加平静、宁静的状态。观己·ANANDA所代表的，远不止是一种居住形式，更蕴含着一种生活态度，承载着哲学思考。它宛如喧嚣忙碌生活中的一方宁静角落，让人们得以静下心来，去感知生活的美好，领略自然的魅力。如此一来，人们能够更加聚焦于自身内心的需求，追求内心的平和宁静，从而以更好的状态应对生活中形形色色的挑战与困难。它所象征的，是一种回归本真、贴近自然的生活理念与价值观念。
