2025年6月11日上午，深圳市电子行业协会与苹果公司就苹果二手手机合规出口有关事宜进行会议交流。深圳市电子行业协会副会长、中国二手电子交易中心&深电二手电子产品交易市场（深圳）股份有限公司董事长、总经理李军，中国二手电子交易中心&深电二手电子产品交易市场（深圳）股份有限公司副总经理陈卓平与苹果公司亚太区知识产权负责人、律师参加了本次会议。

双方就苹果二手手机出口相关事宜进行了坦诚、友好、务实的沟通。李军副会长就相关部门对二手手机出台的政策和文件进行了讲解，同时系统阐述了协会对二手手机出口检测标准和流程，特别是对知识产权保护所采取的措施进行了详细介绍。苹果对目前协会所做的相关工作表示赞赏；对目前协会颁布的《二手手机出口质量要求》以及中国二手交易中心公共服务平台溯源报告的运行情况、业务逻辑进行了解。

双方表示，将继续保持沟通和交流，共同推进苹果二手手机合法合规的循环流通。

On the morning of June 11, 2025, the Shenzhen Electronic Industries Association (SZEIA) held a meeting with Apple Inc. to discuss matters related to the compliant export of used Apple mobile phones. Attendees from SZEIA included Vice President Li Jun, who also serves as Chairman and General Manager of China Used Electronic Trading Center & Shenzhen Used Electronic Products Trading Market (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager Chen Zhuoping. Representatives from Apple included the Asia-Pacific Intellectual Property Director and legal counsel.

Both sides engaged in a candid, friendly, and pragmatic communication regarding the export of used Apple mobile phones. Vice President Li Jun explained relevant policies and documents issued by authorities concerning used mobile phones, systematically elaborating on SZEIA's detection standards and processes for used mobile phone exports—with a detailed focus on measures taken for intellectual property protection. Apple expressed appreciation for SZEIA's ongoing efforts, and inquired about the implementation of SZEIA'sQuality Requirements for Export of Used Mobile Phones and the operational logic and traceability reports of the public service platform by China Used Electronic Trading Center.

The two parties agreed to maintain continuous communication and collaboration, jointly promoting the legal and compliant circular circulation of used Apple mobile phones.
