然后在碗中打入两个鸡蛋,加入姜末和料酒去腥,顺着一个方向搅拌均匀。接着把肥膘肉倒入肉馅中,再放入葱花继续搅拌上劲。最后呢,分次加入适量清水,边倒边搅,直到肉馅吸收水分变得粘稠为止。
