荒漠化，是人类面临的严峻生态难题。中国，是世界上荒漠化最严重的国家之一。

勤劳勇敢的中国人民，憧憬着绿色，向沙海宣战，创造了一个个荒漠变绿洲、荒原变林海的“绿色奇迹”。

内蒙古赤峰市喀喇沁旗马鞍山林场，总经营面积已增长到如今的15.01万亩，森林覆盖率提升到现在的95.7%。

今年，马鞍山林场大力发展林下经济，启动了100亩林下草药和食用菌种植项目。

40多年来，甘肃省武威市古浪县八步沙林场三代职工接续奋斗，书写了从“沙逼人退”到“人进沙退”的绿色篇章。

如今，古浪县开工建设了八步沙沙产业水源工程，八步沙林场通了黄河水。

内蒙古巴彦淖尔市临河区国营新华林场，现在林草覆盖率已达到88%，695万株树木扎根沙地。
