我们家的这个铁板烧呢,主打的就是一个简单方便。因为每次在外面吃的时候,那味道都特别好吃,所以我就想着能不能自己在家做一下。没想到还真让我给研究出来了。

首先准备一些蒜苔、金针菇、杏鲍菇还有蟹味菇,然后把它们洗干净,切成条状备用。接着再准备几根豆皮,把它卷起来切成长条,然后再切成小段。接下来就是重点了,一定要记住啊!

锅里倒油,加入提前准备好的各种菌菇,大火快速翻炒几下,加入生抽、蚝油调味,继续翻炒均匀以后出锅,放在一边备用。这个时候就可以开火了,往铁板上倒点油,然后放入蒜片爆香。

最后再撒入辣椒面,炒出香味之后,就可以开始煎蔬菜了。先铺一层豆皮,再依次码上之前炒过的菌菇,然后盖上锅盖,等个几分钟就可以了。

现在打开锅盖,香气扑鼻而来,太好闻了吧!赶紧加点料汁,再来点孜然粉和辣椒粉提味,撒上一把葱花,哇,真的好好吃呀!

别看它做法很简单,但是它的口感真的很丰富,脆爽弹牙的菌菇搭配软糯的豆皮,再加上焦香四溢的孜然味,每一口都是满满的幸福感。你们要是想试试的话,可以按照我的步骤去操作,保证你一次就能成功。
