国家金融监督管理总局近日批复同意友邦人寿保险有限公司在沪筹建友邦保险资产管理有限公司。这是友邦人寿持续深耕中国市场的又一重要里程碑，更是中国金融业高水平对外开放成果的直接体现。

金诚同达团队为友邦人寿申请筹建友邦保险资管提供了法律服务，团队由高级合伙人师晓燕、余华良领导。截止目前，金诚同达团队已为三家外资独资保险资管公司的筹建设立提供了法律服务，除友邦保险资管之外，还包括安联保险集团在京设立安联保险资管以及荷兰全球人寿在沪筹建荷全保险资管。

The PRC National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved AIA China to begin preparations to establish AIA Insurance Asset Management Company in Shanghai. This marks another significant milestone in AIA’s continued expansion in the Chinese market, and demonstrates the high-level opening-up of China’s financial industry.

The JT&N team, led by senior partners Elsie Shi and George Yu, has provided legal services to AIA China during the regulatory application process for the AIA insurance asset management company. The JT&N team has so far already advised on three wholly foreign-owned insurance asset management companies in China, including the establishment of Allianz Insurance Asset Management Company in Beijing, and the preparations for the establishment of Aegon Insurance Asset Management Company in Shanghai, as well as the AIA insurance asset management company.
