把每个小剂子都搓圆,用手掌轻轻按扁,放入提前备好的红糖馅,收口朝下再次按扁,这样生胚就做好了。

全部做好以后,放到蒸锅上面二次醒发 10 分钟左右,时间到开大火蒸 10 分钟,关火后再焖 5 分钟就可以出锅了。
