制作油饼卷糕，是一场充满仪式感的艺术。肖丽霞，毛瑞栋的妻子，手法娴熟地将面粉与滚烫开水交融，揉成光滑面团。面团被擀成薄如蝉翼的圆饼，放入热油锅中。刹那间，油花四溅，面饼在锅中欢快跳跃，不一会儿便炸至金黄酥脆，散发着诱人的麦香。
