很多人呢,都觉得松花蛋不能跟豆腐一起吃,说会产生一种什么铅中毒啊,吃了不好啊!其实这是不科学的,因为松花蛋中的铅含量非常低,根本就达不到中毒的程度。而且现在市面上卖的松花蛋,都是经过改良之后不含铅了的。所以大家完全可以放心地去吃松花蛋,特别是这种无铅松花蛋。
我们先准备一块老豆腐,然后轻轻把它切成小丁。接着把两个松花蛋剥壳,也切成小丁。再把它们倒进一个干净的小碗中,然后撒上一小撮盐,淋入生抽、陈醋和香油,最后呢,再来上一勺灵魂配料——辣椒油,搅拌均匀就可以开动了!
