我家孩子就是喜欢吃蓝莓山药泥，但是外面买的呢，又贵还吃不准放了什么乱七八糟的东西。所以呢，我就自己琢磨着做了一款家常版的蓝莓山药泥。

这个山药啊，一定要买这种细长条的铁棍山药，口感最好。把它清洗干净，然后在锅中蒸熟。接着准备一个一次性手套，戴上之后将山药扒皮。扒完皮以后呢，再把它切成小段。

接下来咱们来熬糖水，往里面加入清水，白糖，搅拌均匀，开大火将其烧开。熬制期间呢，要用勺子不停的搅动，防止粘锅糊底。当它开始起泡的时候，转中小火慢熬。熬至浓稠，倒扣不滴落的状态就可以关火了。

趁着熬糖水的时间呢，我们把山药用叉子压成泥，越细腻越好。然后再往里面挤入自制的草莓酱，没有的话也可以换成蓝莓酱或者芒果酱。草莓酱呢，是我自己在家做的，方法也分享给大家，感兴趣的可以去看一看。

再来一勺蜂蜜，搅拌均匀后呢，倒入熬好的糖水上，再次搅拌均匀就可以了。这样一份酸甜可口的山药就做好啦！看这颜色，是不是特别诱人？

如果小朋友不爱吃蔬菜的话，可以用这个办法，把它做成各种各样的形状，比如爱心形、花朵形等等，孩子肯定喜欢。再搭配上一碗大米饭，一顿美味的营养午餐就搞定啦！
