今天呢,给大家分享一个超简单的做法。首先准备新鲜的大虾 10 只左右,去头去壳以后,给它开个背,挑出里面的虾线。接着把虾仁剁碎,尽量的剁得细腻一点。

然后加入一勺玉米淀粉,半勺盐,少许胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,腌制 2 分钟。接着咱们就可以开始上锅蒸了。取一个盘子,在上面铺一层保鲜膜,把虾泥放在上面,整理成圆形或者是长条形都可以,这样可以避免粘连。冷水上锅,大火蒸 10 分钟就可以了。

这时候再准备一个小碗,加入一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、两勺水淀粉,用筷子搅匀备用。虾丸蒸好以后,取出倒扣,撕掉保鲜膜,放凉一会就可以切片了。
