这个菜是我在云南的时候经常吃的一个菜。我们这边冬天特别冷,特别是晚上睡觉的时候,被子都盖不暖和。所以一到冬天呢,我就喜欢炖各种各样的汤来喝。因为汤里面有很多的营养成分,而且呢还可以驱寒保暖。

这道菜就是用到了甘蔗和羊肉一起炖煮,味道非常鲜美。甘蔗呢是属于一种清甜的食物,用来炖煮肉类可以很好的去除肉里面的腥味。羊肉呢具有补气养血、温中暖下等功效,是非常适合在寒冷的冬天去食用的一道菜品。再搭配上甘蔗的清甜,口感非常的棒。

下面呢就教大家具体怎么操作!首先准备新鲜的甘蔗两根,把外皮剥掉以后切成小块备用。接着把羊腿肉清洗干净,然后冷水下锅,加入几片生姜和料酒,开大火烧开后打去浮沫,捞出羊肉控干水分备用。

起锅放油,放入冰糖炒至融化出香味,接着把羊肉倒进去翻炒均匀,让每一块羊肉表面都裹满糖色。接着倒入足量的热水,水量要没过羊肉,加入几片生姜,大火烧开以后转中小火慢炖一个小时左右。

一个小时之后,再把切好的甘蔗倒进去继续炖煮半小时,最后加盐调味即可出锅。

这道菜做好以后呢,你可以看到它的颜色是那种很浓郁的琥珀色,闻起来呢有一股淡淡的清香,喝起来呢是甘甜可口,一点也不柴,一点都不腥,非常的好喝。
