1. 消炎药别乱喂

阿莫西林克拉维酸钾（兽用！）对尿路感染有效，但必须按体重给药。人用药可能毒死猫。

在水碗撒点猫薄荷、罐头里兑温水，流动饮水机也能勾引猫多喝。尿量多了才能冲走结晶。

3. 热敷缓解疼痛

45℃温水袋敷它小肚子十分钟，一天两次，能放松肌肉帮助排尿。

如果猫超过24小时没尿、呕吐、蔫成团，别犹豫！医生会做这些：

导尿疏通：插管冲出结石，憋久了会肾衰；

开刀取石：鸽子蛋大的结石得手术；

三、防复发关键在细节

1. 换粮：泌尿处方粮能酸化尿液，溶解鸟粪石结晶；

2. 减压：多放猫爬架，用费洛蒙喷雾减少焦虑；

3. 保洁：猫砂盆每日铲，猫砂选无尘款，脏厕所猫会憋尿。
