有航司推行值勤期间

不用穿高跟鞋措施

近日，春秋航空自7月7日起推行“女乘务员在执行航班期间穿平底鞋”措施的消息引发关注。

Spring Airlines has introduced a policy that lets female flight attendants wear black flats throughout their duty hours, ending the long‑standing requirement to don high heels during ground operations. Effective July 7, the change is intended to improve crew safety and reduce physical strain.

根据春秋航空发布的“关于女乘务员值勤期间全程穿着自购平底鞋”的通知，乘务员在整个值勤期（从航前签到至航后讲评结束），将统一穿着符合标准的自购黑色平底鞋。

该工作人员表示，此举是为了响应民航局号召，降低因为恶劣天气导致的航班颠簸对员工造成伤害的概率，同时也有助于减轻身体负担，体现公司人文关怀。

新规让空姐不必来回换鞋

根据2024年12月7日中国民用航空局发布的《客舱运行管理》中的5.7.3细则，“在飞机滑行开始至飞机到达目的地旅客下机结束，客舱乘务员不应穿高跟鞋。”

但飞机上不用穿高跟鞋，不意味着在地面上可以不穿。有春秋航空乘务员介绍，此前乘务员自航前签到起至航后讲评会结束，除了在飞机上工作的场合，其余工作时间春秋航空客舱乘务员需穿高跟鞋，因而乘务员需要穿一双带一双，并在不同场合进行替换。

在不计算延误的情况下，一般国内短途航班其工作时间在7小时左右，穿高跟鞋的时长大约1小时；国际长途航班工作时间在12-14小时，总共需要穿2小时左右的高跟鞋。

Under the previous rules, attendants had to swap between heels for boarding, disembarkation and other ground duties, and flats only once in the air. The new guideline allows them to stay in flats for their entire shift — typically seven to fourteen hours, depending on the route.

因此，春秋航空的新规定，意味着女乘务员们可在整个值勤期间穿平底鞋，告别“高跟换平底再换高跟”的步骤。

目前，不少航司都在尝试女乘务员“去高跟鞋化”。吉祥航空目前会发高跟鞋和平底鞋给乘务员自由选择，而在飞机上工作的场合则必须穿平底鞋。

据此前公开报道，2024年8月1日起，湖南航空全面推行乘务员穿平底鞋执行航班。相关负责人回应称，此事属实，这一举措是为员工“减负”。新举措下，乘务员航班全程不用再穿高跟鞋，包括进退场、上下客梯、走廊桥等。

Spring Airlines is not alone in this shift. Juneyao Airlines already lets crew choose between flats and heels, although flats remain mandatory in flight. Air Travel, a Hunan-based carrier, adopted an all-flat policy on Aug 1, 2024, that covers every phase of a flight. A company spokesperson said the move is meant to "lighten the load" on crew members.
