7月14日，“韩国一个西瓜涨到156元”的话题登上热搜第一！

近期，韩国持续遭遇热浪。据韩媒13日报道，该国西瓜、大白菜、萝卜等多种农产品价格大幅上涨。

South Korea has recently been hit by an intense heatwave, leading to a sharp rise in agricultural product prices.

最新数据显示，一个西瓜平均价格逼近3万韩元（约合人民币156元），根据韩国农水产食品流通公社的数据，截至7月11日，西瓜的零售价相比去年同期上涨了36.46%，比历年平均水平高出38.5%。

According to the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, the retail price for one watermelon is 29,115 won (156 yuan) as of that day. This is a 36.46 percent increase compared to the same period last year and a 38.5 percent rise compared to the average year.

韩国业内观点认为，西瓜价格上涨的原因是今年雨季比往年结束得早，导致需求上升；同时异常天气造成收成不佳，供应量也比去年减少。

Industry perspectives suggest that the rise in watermelon prices is attributed to the early end of the rainy season compared to the average year, leading to heightened demand, coupled with poor harvests due to abnormal weather causing a decrease in supply compared to last year.

此外，韩国一棵大白菜平均零售价也涨至4309韩元（约合22.4元人民币）。为防止大白菜危机再度上演，韩国政府已向市场投放3.55万吨储备大白菜。

其实，白菜涨价，对韩国民众来说，算是很熟悉的“剧情”了。

2022年9月，韩国大白菜价格涨到近9000韩元（约合45元人民币）。韩国农水产食品流通公社发布的数据显示，以9月27日价格为基准，平均每10公斤白菜的批发价较去年同期上涨112%，达到26720韩元（约合134元人民币）。

2023年10月中旬，韩国市场一棵白菜的平均零售价约合人民币36元，在一个月内上涨20%。这个价格相比一年前上涨了11%，和2018年至2022年的平均价格相比上涨了21%。彼时，韩国政府决定在每年泡菜季到来前投放2900吨白菜，称这是为抗击通胀和支持人们生活所做的最新努力。

Cabbage price hikes are nothing new for South Koreans. In September 2022, wholesale prices for 10 kg of cabbage soared 112 percent year-on-year to about 9000 won (134 yuan).

By mid-October 2023, retail prices hit around 36 yuan per head — up 20 percent in a month. To ease the pressure, the government released 2,900 tons of cabbage ahead of kimchi season.
