晚上十点，我窝在沙发上撸猫，橘猫“橘子”正蜷在我怀里打呼，毛茸茸的脑袋蹭得我胳膊发痒。刚想凑上去亲它额头，突然想起上周闺蜜说的“弓形虫”——她同事怀孕后把猫送了，说怕感染。我盯着橘子圆溜溜的眼睛，突然慌了：它平时蹦蹦跳跳的，会不会偷偷带了弓形虫？

其实很多铲屎官都有这疑惑。弓形虫这玩意儿，对猫来说像“隐形小偷”，大部分时候藏得严严实实，只有当猫抵抗力弱时才会露马脚。但只要你够细心，还是能从日常细节里抓住它的尾巴。

一、先搞懂：为什么猫有弓形虫却看不出来？

猫是弓形虫的“终末宿主”，意思是弓形虫只能在猫体内完成繁殖。但大部分猫感染后，身体会自动“压制”虫体，不会出现明显症状——就像人得了新冠没发烧，只是有点乏力。只有小奶猫、怀孕的猫，或者刚换了环境、生病的猫（比如得了猫瘟），抵抗力下降时，弓形虫才会“兴风作浪”。

二、猫有弓形虫的5个“藏不住”的信号

如果你家猫出现以下情况，别不当回事，最好带它去医院查一查：

1. 突然变“懒癌晚期”

平时早上准时跳上床叫你起床的猫，突然窝在猫窝里一整天，连玩具老鼠都懒得碰；你蹲下来叫它，它只是抬抬眼皮，尾巴都不摇——这不是“性格变乖”，很可能是弓形虫影响了它的精神状态。

2. 吃饭像“挑刺儿”

以前看见猫条就扑过来的猫，突然对饭盆里的粮“视而不见”；甚至闻一下就扭头走，偶尔吃两口还会吐——吐出来的是没消化的猫粮，或者黄黄的胃液。这时候要注意，弓形虫可能已经伤到它的肠胃了。

3. 拉软便/腹泻“老不好”

猫的大便最能反映健康状况。如果它突然拉稀，大便不成型，甚至带点血，而且持续3天以上，吃了益生菌也没改善——别以为是“吃坏了肚子”，弓形虫引起的肠炎也会这样。

4. 像“感冒”却总不好

猫突然咳嗽、打喷嚏，鼻子里流出清水样的分泌物；眼睛红红的，有眼屎；摸它的耳朵尖，感觉发烫（正常猫耳温是38-39℃，超过39.5℃就是发烧）。这些“感冒症状”如果持续一周没好，可能是弓形虫引起的呼吸道感染。

5. 怀孕猫的“异常情况”

如果家里有怀孕的母猫，突然出现流产（比如流出带血的分泌物）、生下死胎，或者小猫出生后畸形（比如四肢不全、眼睛没睁开）——这很可能是弓形虫通过胎盘传给了小猫，必须马上带母猫去医院。

三、光看症状不够，得靠“科学检查”

刚才说的这些症状，其实也可能是别的病（比如肠胃炎、猫鼻支），所以不能光靠“猜”。要确诊猫有没有弓形虫，必须去宠物医院做这两项检查：

1. 粪便试纸检测

用专门的弓形虫试纸，取猫的粪便样本检测。如果试纸显示两条杠，说明猫正在排出弓形虫卵囊（这种情况很少见，因为猫一生只排一次卵囊，而且需要在外界发育2-4天才有传染性）。

2. 血液PCR检查

抽猫的静脉血，做聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测。这种方法能准确测出猫体内有没有弓形虫的DNA，是目前最靠谱的诊断方式。

四、预防比“找症状”更重要

其实，只要做好这几点，就能大大降低猫感染弓形虫的概率：

1. 别给猫吃生肉、生蛋，所有肉类都要煮熟（比如鸡胸肉煮10分钟以上）；

2. 不让猫出去抓老鼠、鸟（这些动物可能携带弓形虫）；

3. 定期给猫做体内驱虫（比如每3个月用一次含“磺胺类”成分的驱虫药）；

4. 清理猫砂盆时戴手套，之后用肥皂认真洗手（弓形虫不会通过“撸猫”传染，只要不接触猫屎就没事）。
