二、重度蒙眼：外伤感染急救（1周控制）

捞病鱼到小缸（原缸水+新水1：1），爆氧泵必开！
Step2 药物选择
黄粉药浴：10升水兑0.1克黄粉（牙签尖大小），泡4小时/天
青霉素强化：10升水加8万单位注射液（1支80万单位的用1/10）
Step3 患处直击
棉签蘸红霉素软膏轻涂鱼眼，涂完离水停留10秒再放回（避免药膏遇水化）
警告：千万别用高锰酸钾！浓度误差分分钟毒翻鱼
三、防复发秘诀：养护习惯定胜负
1. 过滤棉每周洗：脏棉藏菌超马桶，拆开搓洗比换水更重要
2. 尖锐装饰全清：假山、塑料水草划伤鱼眼是蒙眼元凶
3. 混养要谨慎：雷龙、斗鱼等猛鱼必须单养，打架伤眼难根治
4. 维生素食补：每周喂1次胡萝卜薄片或螺旋藻饲料，增强角膜韧性
