现在很多人都喜欢在家养一只宠物，其中宠物犬的数量应该是较多的，但大多数的人喜欢饲养小型犬，因为饲养它更加的方便。在家里占用的地方小，而且吃得也少，更加方便与主人亲近，所以小型犬的数量还是比较多的。大型犬不光对人们的危险系数增加，在外面人们也似乎更怕它，所以饲养大型犬的人相对来说要少。但也不是没有，金毛就是大型犬中最温顺的一种，所以饲养金毛的人也是非常多的，特别是一些女士。因为金毛不光长得漂亮，而且它们的性格是超级温顺的，即便陌生人见到它也不会有很害怕的感觉。但毕竟是养它的是一些女士，所以很多人可能对于它的运动方面给于的不是很多。虽然金毛比较安静，不是暴躁的狗狗，但是它们也是需要一定的运动的，那今天就给大家介绍一下合金毛的运动有哪些。 第1项，散步。这当然是必不可少的，即使是在忙碌的主人即使不能够每天带着金毛犬出去散步，但是一周至少也要有两三次，毕竟它们是大型犬，运动是不可缺少的。所以尽量每天在饭后两三个小时带上自己家的狗狗去外面散散步。即使溜达一两圈，对于它们的身体成长也是非常好的。当然如果有时间的话，早晨带它们跑跑步也是不错的选择，但是建议大家是慢跑。清晨或者是傍晚慢跑，不仅对自己的身体有好处，而且金毛还能跟上你的节奏，对于两者都是好的。 第2项，游泳。很多人都以为狗是怕水的，但不是所有的狗狗都怕水，我们在电视上或者是一些视频上都见到过，狗狗爱好游泳的也是非常多的，而金毛就是特别喜欢水的一种狗，可以说是对水情有独钟。如果有条件的，可以适当的带狗狗去学习游泳，如果从小就开始训练就更加的好了。而且不用担心金毛狗狗其实在任何气候环境下都是可以游泳的，在冬天水温对于它们也不会有伤害。但是在游泳的时候，希望主人一定要在旁边，不要让它去太深的地方。 第3项，接飞盘。我们都在电视上看到过狗狗接飞盘的样子，非常的帅气，而且这也是一项比赛项目。金毛其实就是可以训练的，而且这项运动也是金毛最喜欢的项目之一。因此主人在有空的情况下，在家庭或者是广场上，多和狗狗玩这项运动，它们的内心都是非常高兴的。当然不是说非得让狗狗训练得多好，重要的是重在参与，主人得到锻炼了，狗狗的心情而且也更开心了，会更加喜欢主人的。 所以，你家的金毛狗狗运动了吗？主人有时间的话，不要忘记带狗狗去运动哟！
