随着短剧越来越受大众人所追捧，毕竟短剧的类型多，言情、宫斗、悬疑等种类五花八门，3分钟一集节奏快，反转，深得用户的欢喜。不少演员也纷纷转战赛道，杨蓉、刘晓庆等实力派演员也转战赛道，竖屏短剧的高薪传说总是频频冲上了热搜。
近日，演员马丁在个人社交平台上分享了一段动态，并附言：“横漂演员的另一场“重生””，揭秘了短剧演员的真实片酬，让不少网友纷纷感叹原来各行都有各行的辛苦。
视频中，马丁一下班就立马跟好友见面，而她的朋友恰恰是一名短剧演员名叫闻洛宁，据她介绍这位朋友毕业于上海戏剧学院，还获得过纽约国际电影节最佳女配角等，演过不少影视剧。就在今天，闻洛宁也一头扎进了短剧圈。
刚见面，两人就聊起了短剧薪酬的传闻，闻洛宁也表示自己从三月份到现在，短短四个月拍了4部短剧，可谓是一个月拍一部短剧，由此可见，短剧市场的行情相对而言颇为可观。

据她了解，如今短剧的片酬都是按照日薪结算，女一男一的价位是在15000一天。而主要配角的日薪在1500~2000元之间，保守估计情况下，短剧演员一个月的工作量大概在20天左右，差不多月薪在20000~25000。
闻洛宁坦言对于这个月薪如今的她已经非常满足，如今短剧行业前景可观，更新的速度太快，一部60多集的戏，3、4天就能完成，主角们每天工作15个小时是常态，而配角们更为辛苦，常常连轴转20个小时拍戏。
据悉，短剧普遍情况下都会存在超时拍摄的情况，有的演员也会提前谈好超时费，而这超时费甚至比正剧的费用还多，可想而知这个工作量是多么的负荷。
如今好多人都是利用碎片式的通勤时间刷手机，短剧里将1个多小时的剧情压缩到1分钟，闻洛宁讲述短剧的拍摄与长剧相差万里，二倍速三倍的表演法让她很不适应。短剧导演更讲究的是快准狠，他们不要演员的铺垫，不要感情的铺垫，能一秒入戏，那种瞪眼瞬间落泪的爆发感。
所以短剧表演与长剧表情是两条思路，而短剧导演也不喜欢用长剧演员，他们会觉得长剧演员特别“墨迹”。要说短剧是快餐，长剧就是大餐，都能饱腹各有不同，作为观众，你们喜欢短剧还是长剧呢？
