里毛孩子突然走路打飘、后腿发软，甚至疼得嗷嗷叫？这很可能是神经炎在作祟。这病名听着吓人，很多家长第一反应就是：“完了，我家猫还能活多久？”别慌！神经炎虽然凶险，但真不是“死刑判决”。它更像一场和时间的赛跑，猫咪能活多久、活得好不好，关键看你怎么应对。

一、希望大大的：及时治疗，恢复如初！

1. 核心在“快”字：这是最理想的情况。当你发现猫咪走路不稳、莫名惨叫、不敢让人碰背、拖着后腿走或者大小便不对劲时，立刻！马上！ 带它去看靠谱的兽医。

2. 病因是关键：如果是单纯的维生素B族（尤其是B1、B12）严重缺乏引起的，只要及时、足量地补充（通常需要注射或口服高剂量），配合医生开的神经修复药（比如合顺安康、甲钴胺），再加上精心护理（保暖、少动、帮忙排尿排便），很多猫咪在几周到一两个月内就能看到明显好转，甚至完全康复，活蹦乱跳十几年不是梦。它们完全可以拥有和其他健康猫咪一样的正常寿命。

1. 脑炎/重症：如果炎症波及大脑（脑炎），或者影响到控制呼吸的神经，这就极其危险了。病情可能恶化得非常快（几小时到几天），猫咪可能高烧、抽搐、昏迷，随时有生命危险。这种情况下的存活时间是以小时或天计的，需要紧急抢救（比如降颅压、上呼吸机）。

2. 无奈的选择：极少数情况下，可能因为病情太重、治疗费用过高、或者猫咪极度痛苦且无法缓解，主人可能会做出艰难的选择。这种情况下的存活时间自然就很短了。但这通常是最后、最无奈的选择。
