7月29日，一段网络视频显示，广东一女子进入影院后，发现座椅靠背上布满白色虫卵。
A viral video showing white insect eggs densely covering the back of a cinema seat in Guangdong province sparked heated online discussion on Thursday.

据红星新闻报道，涉事影院店长许先生表示，7月18日，影院发现顾客上传的视频后，联系到了这位顾客并向其道歉，退还了电影票，并赠送了20张电影券，承诺给其他能联系上的观看同场电影的顾客退还费用。
The theater manager involved, surnamed Xu, said that upon discovering the customer's video on July 18, the cinema immediately contacted the patron to apologize. They refunded her ticket, offered 20 complimentary movie vouchers, and pledged refunds to other identifiable attendees of the same screening.
许先生告诉记者，影院内一影厅座椅的按摩垫确实出现了白色虫卵，“在工作中有一定疏忽，我们也做了检讨。”
许先生说，18日，影院请有资质的消杀公司对影院9个影厅进行了消毒。从18日起，影院每天进行消毒工作，并安排工作人员巡视各厅，检查是否还有虫卵问题。
Xu confirmed that insect eggs were found on massage cushions in one auditorium, acknowledging, "An oversight in our work for which we have conducted a review." On July 18, licensed pest control services disinfected all nine auditoriums. Daily sanitization and staff inspections for residual eggs have been implemented since that date.

许先生表示，21日，工作人员拆除了发现虫卵影厅内的所有按摩垫，并联系厂家换一批新的按摩垫。此外，也加大了对厅内卫生的清洁力度，“我们在保洁人员打扫完之后，又专门派一个工作人员，对座椅及座椅周边，再去检查一遍。”
据他介绍，之前两场电影的间隔时间比较短，大概20分钟，工作人员收拾得比较仓促，“现在我们场间时间也拉长了，有25分钟左右，给工作人员更充裕的时间来检查和打扫。”
By July 21, all affected massage cushions were removed and replaced through the manufacturer. The theater enhanced hygiene protocols by deploying dedicated staff to recheck seats and surrounding areas after routine cleanings. Xu noted that previous 20-minute intervals between screenings had pressured cleaning crews. "We've extended intermissions to 25 minutes to ensure thorough inspections," he added.
座椅按摩垫上为何会出现虫卵？许先生告诉记者，该影院已经营了近20年，楼龄较老。据推测，前段时间降雨量大，而发现虫卵的影厅此前存在漏水问题，空气潮湿，滋生了虫类。许先生表示，事发前，影院已准备对影厅进行修缮，目前修缮工作已完成。
Regarding the cause of the infestation, Xu attributed it to the cinema's aged building (nearly 20 years old) and recent heavy rainfall. The affected auditorium had preexisting leaks creating damp conditions conducive to pests. Renovation plans scheduled prior to the incident have now been completed.
《管理规范》未对座椅清洁作直接要求
另据羊城晚报报道，30日下午，“记者帮”以观众身份联系了位于广州越秀、海珠、天河等区的五家影院，了解各家影院对影厅采取的清洁措施。
据工作人员所述，各家影院对影厅的清洁频率不等，从一场一次到一周一次都有，不过五家影院都表示座椅是皮椅或沙发，不会拆卸椅套清洗，只能用清洁剂擦洗。此外，受访的五家影院均不提供一次性座椅套。
Staff from five cinemas surveyed disclosed varying cleaning frequencies — from per-session to weekly — but all confirmed leather/sofa seats undergo surface wiping only, never removable cover laundering. None provides disposable seat covers.
“记者帮”查阅了《公共场所卫生管理规范》，其中并无对座椅清洁的直接要求，但明确规定“公共场所应开展经常性卫生打扫，保持场所环境整洁”“室内物品无积尘和不洁物”。
许多网友也分享了自己观影时遇到的公共座椅卫生问题，并表示担忧。
专家提醒
电影院等场所由于面积较小、不通风、光线昏暗，容易导致卫生状况不佳。特别是夏天，大家穿得都比较轻薄凉爽，皮肤暴露较多，容易留下皮屑，从而滋生虫子，对于过敏性体质的人群来说，被这些虫子叮咬后，还可能会诱发丘疹性荨麻疹。
为了预防这类皮肤病，建议夏季去电影院等地方时尽量穿长裤，并在裸露的皮肤处使用驱虫用品。同时，回家后及时更换衣物并洗澡，如果被虫咬后感觉瘙痒，应避免用力抓挠以防皮肤破损感染、过敏或色素沉着加重病情。
Medical experts warn that enclosed, poorly ventilated spaces like cinemas pose summer health risks. Exposed skin sheds particles that attract insects, potentially triggering papular urticaria in allergy-prone individuals. Dermatologists advise wearing long pants, applying insect repellent, and showering post-visit. Avoid scratching bites to prevent infection.
浙江省人民医院主任医师潘红英表示，公共场所的座椅一般不会造成疾病感染，但有些情况下，也存在传染疾病的可能。比如在夏天穿衣比较单薄的情况下，患有疥疮、水痘、体癣等疾病的患者，可能会在座椅上留下一些分泌物，如果其他人直接接触后，可能存在被传染疾病的风险。
医生建议，随身携带酒精消毒剂或者消毒湿巾，对所用公共物品进行擦拭消毒；饭前、饭后、便前、便后都要勤洗手。日常生活中要养成勤洗手的习惯，特别是接触食物前一定要先洗手。
Pan Hongying, chief physician at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, clarified that while disease transmission via public seats is uncommon, pathogens like scabies, chickenpox, and tinea corporis could spread through direct contact with infected secretions on surfaces during summer. She recommends disinfecting surfaces with alcohol wipes and rigorous hand hygiene before eating or after restroom use.
首都医科大学附属北京中医医院皮肤科副主任医师马一明表示，在高铁等公共交通工具上，可能涉及的是间接接触和空气飞沫传播。正常情况下，传播风险极小，且与个体自身免疫力高度相关。
