近期，不断有网友在社交平台称，购买了高铁一等座车票后发现座位被安排到了商务舱车厢内，本来以为捡到便宜，结果发现座椅和商务舱内的其他座椅明显不同，有些尴尬。此外，实际乘坐感也很不好，不仅中间没有扶手，靠背也无法调节。不少网友将这些座位戏称为“低人一等座”。

Multiple passengers recently reported purchasing first-class tickets only to discover their seats were located within business-class cabins. While initially perceived as an upgrade, travelers soon noticed stark differences: these designated "first-class" seats lack adjustable backrests, individual armrests, and proper dividers between passengers.

据大河报报道，曾有当事乘客李女士表示：我买的是一等座，但坐的是商务舱（车厢），沙发（座位）是没有扶手的，人坐在上面就一直往下滑，靠背也是不能调节的，坐起来挺不舒服的。
Videos shared since 2024 show passengers struggling with the fixed, non-ergonomic seats. "I kept sliding forward without armrests, and the rigid backrest made the journey extremely uncomfortable," recounted passenger surnamed Li to Dahe News. Many have sarcastically dubbed these seats "lower-class" accommodations despite their first-class pricing.

8月1日，记者拨打了铁路12306客服热线。客服人员表示，出现这一情况是由于部分列车编组时会有“混座”情况，即商务座与一等座混合在同一车厢内。客服人员解释，部分列车在编组时可能额定不能设置这么多商务座，所以就出现了“混编”情况。
In response to inquiries, China Railway's 12306 customer service said on Friday that certain trains operate with "hybrid cabin configurations" where business and first-class seats share the same carriage. "This arrangement occurs when train compositions cannot accommodate full business-class carriages," customer service explained.
根据网友们发布的视频可见，与一等座相比，这些被安排在商务车厢的一等座座椅间缺少扶手分隔，靠背也无法调节。不少网友吐槽：“坐在这样的座位上真尴尬。”乘客能否要求更换座位？客服人员称需视列车余票情况，如果一等座车厢内还有空座，可与乘务员协商进行调换。客服人员还表示，会将相关意见记录并向上级部门反馈。
据中国铁路官方微信公众号显示，一等座通常是2+2的方式分布AF为靠窗座位CD为靠走廊座位，扶手内侧有调整座椅按钮按住按钮后，身体轻轻向后靠就可调整靠背角度，部分车型的一等座配有绒面脚踏板和普通面脚踏板。
