1. 摸肚子的手法

让猫侧躺着，轻轻按肚子两侧：肥胖猫手感厚实；腹水猫能摸到波动感，像按压装满水的塑料袋。注意别用力，小心伤着毛孩子。

2. 耳朵温度计

腹水常伴随发烧（体温超39.5℃）。家里没体温计？摸摸猫耳朵是否发烫，再看眼结膜发黄或牙龈发白，都是危险信号。

四、医院确诊三步走

1. B超现原形

医生用仪器扫肚子，积水在屏幕上显示为黑色暗区。我陪诊时亲眼见过，正常脏器轮廓被液体淹没得像隔了毛玻璃。

2. 抽液验真相

用细针抽取少量腹腔液体，如果是淡黄色或带血丝，基本能锁定问题。过程比打疫苗还快，猫没啥痛苦。

发现猫咪肚子异常别侥幸！邻居家布偶当初腹水误以为怀孕，耽误了治疗。记住：胖是全身圆润，腹水是肚子独大；胖猫能吃能闹，病猫蔫蔫拒食。实在拿不准，花百来块做个B超比瞎猜强。早发现的话，传腹现在有特效药，肝病也能控住，千万别放弃。
