8月17日，记者从北京大学首钢医院肿瘤科黄丹丹医生的朋友圈获悉，其丈夫发布讣告称，黄丹丹医生因病医治无效，生命定格于2025年8月15日凌晨2时30分，年仅35岁。

Huang Dandan, a respected oncologist at Peking University Shougang Hospital, passed away on Aug 15, 2025, at 2:30 am, after a courageous 20-month fight against cancer. She was 35 years old. The sad news was announced by her husband via a post on WeChat Moments.

一直以来，在亲友、同事、病人的眼里，黄丹丹是一个非常优秀、积极乐观的人。

Remembered by family, friends, colleagues, and patients as exceptionally talented and consistently optimistic, Huang's journey was one of remarkable perseverance.

她来自河南一个贫困小山村，拼命读书改变命运，考入南昌大学第一临床医学院，后以全年级第一的优异成绩，保送至北大本硕博连读。

Hailing from an impoverished village in Henan province, she dedicated herself to her studies as a path to a better future. Her academic excellence earned her a place at the First Clinical Medical College of Nanchang University, where she graduated top of her class, and later, direct admission to Peking University's eight-year medical program (combining Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD studies).

博士毕业那年，黄丹丹的事业和爱情一起开花结果，和同为博士的丈夫结婚生下儿子，留在北京首钢医院，后成为肿瘤内科的主治医师。

After earning her PhD, Huang joined Peking University Shougang Hospital and rose to become an attending physician in the Department of Medical Oncology.

黄丹丹和癌症斗争了1年8个月。2023年12月，一次例行体检，查出“弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤”，四期，晚期，癌细胞已经扩散到骨髓。她是肿瘤学博士，比谁都懂这意味着什么。

Her own battle with cancer began in December 2023 during a routine medical checkup. She was diagnosed with stage IV diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, an aggressive form where the cancer had already spread to her bone marrow.

可她没躲，也没哭。2024年初，她在短视频平台开设账号“丹丹的抗癌日记”，开始拍视频：化疗反应、饮食建议、医保报销流程……一条条讲，像上课一样。

In early 2024, Huang started a social media account named "Dan Dan's Anti-Cancer Diary", sharing videos documenting her experience. She openly discussed the side effects of chemotherapy, offered dietary advice, explained medical insurance procedures, and more – presenting the information clearly, like teaching a class.

“我不是想博同情，”她第一条视频说，“是想告诉病人家属——癌症没那么吓人，但也别不当回事。”她的视频没有煽情，只有平静。

"I don't want to seek sympathy," she stated in her first video. "I want to tell patients' families – cancer isn't as terrifying as imagined, but it shouldn't be taken lightly either."

今年2月，黄丹丹开始更新账号“正能量火箭丹”，希望能将自己积极乐观的心态传递给其他患者，并科普科学规范抗癌的方法。

By February 2025, she started updating her account "Positive Rocket Dan", aiming to spread her resilient spirit and optimism to fellow patients while promoting scientifically sound methods for fighting cancer.

“作为一名肿瘤科医生，我从未想到过自己会成为患者。这段艰难的发病经过和自我疗愈的故事，揭示了生命中的意外与坚韧。”黄丹丹曾在自己的抗癌日记里写道。

"As an oncologist, I never imagined I would become a patient myself. This difficult journey of illness and self-healing reveals life's unpredictability and resilience," Huang wrote in her diary.

哪怕掉光头发、脸因激素肿成馒头，她也笑着调侃：“我现在这造型，像不像动画片里的面包超人？”据她丈夫在微博透露，她经历了六轮高强度化疗、一次自体移植，还试了CAR-T，但癌细胞太狡猾。

According to her husband's online updates, she endured six rounds of high-intensity chemotherapy, an autologous stem cell transplant, and even underwent CAR-T cell therapy. However, the cancer proved relentless.

2025年3月，癌细胞转移到大脑，黄丹丹开始看不清东西，说话也含糊了。

她最后一条视频是7月10日发的，画面晃，声音轻：“大家……记得体检……别等……像我这样……”

In March 2025, the cancer metastasized to her brain, causing vision problems and slurred speech.

Her final video, posted on July 10, showed her visibly weakened. The footage was shaky, and her voice was faint: "Everyone... remember to get check-ups... don't wait... until it's like me..."
