为积极响应联合国“海洋十年”倡议，落地第三届联合国海洋大会成果，拟在2025年10月30日至10月31日召开“蓝色浪潮大会”，聚焦青年在海洋科技创新中的主体作用，服务发展新质生产力与海洋可持续发展。
大会将搭建全球青年海洋科学家、企业家与政策制定者跨学科合作平台，推动“科学-政策-行动”高效闭环，形成可转化成果与创新项目储备，助力深圳全球海洋中心城市建设。
In active response to the United Nations “Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development” (UN Ocean Decade) and to advance the outcomes of the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), the Blue Wave Conference is scheduled to be held from October 30 to 31, 2025. The conference will highlight the central role of youth in ocean science and technology innovation, serving both the development of new quality productive forces and the goals of ocean sustainability.
The conference will establish a global interdisciplinary collaboration platform for young ocean scientists, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, fostering an efficient “science–policy–action” cycle. It seeks to deliver practical outcomes and foster innovation to support Shenzhen’s vision as a global ocean hub.
