联合国妇女署中国办公室现招募1名政府伙伴关系顾问(Government Partnership Consultant)，负责支持支持联合国妇女署在中国开展伙伴关系战略的制定、实施、监督和管理工作。

岗位名称：Government Partnership Consultant

工作地点：中国北京

初始合同期限：4.5个月

语言要求：英文、中文

  • Demonstrated partnership building and communication skills to interact effectively with Government of China stakeholders;

  • Strong negotiating skills along with demonstrated diplomatic acumen;

  • Knowledge and understanding of UN system;

  • Strong knowledge of gender equality and women's empowerment issues;

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong IT skills, including databases, extranet and office software packages.

技能和经验：

Education and Certification:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in social sciences, public administration, international relations, communications, women's studies, business management, or a related field is required. Bachelor's degree in relevant subject with 7 years' experience may be accepted.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in partnership building, resource mobilization, and/or business development in emerging economies and complex contexts;

  • Deep knowledge of Chinese government and governance and past working experience in partnership development with the Government of China is needed;

  • Excellent analytical and advisory skills with strong drive for results and capacity to work independently;

  • Past working experience with the UN including an understanding of intergovernmental process is desired;

  • Understanding of Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment agenda is highly desired.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • High command of Chinese language is required.
