  • Normal hepatic and renal function

  • LVEF 54%, LVDd 41 mm

  • 2019 LCX-PCI

Take Home Message

1. When antegrade approach fails and the patient lacks:

  • Well-developed septal collaterals (CC-1/2)

  • Suitable epicardial collaterals (high-risk for perforation)

-Septal branches are preferred

-Well-developed epicardial collaterals also be feasible

-SUOH 03 is recommended in extremely tortuous collaterals

2. Technical core:

  • Guide wire: hydrophilic polymer coating guidewire (e.g. SION BlACK, SION). lf collateral is severely tortuous, Suoh-03 is suitable
